What I love about Tiger is how respectful he is to everyone he’s talking to/playing with. He doesn’t interrupt people when they’re talking and he answers any question he’s asked honestly and gives/takes advice whenever it’s needed in a helpful way. For someone at that level to be so respectful and helpful to anybody who asks is cool as hell and highly commendable and shows he’s just a regular chill guy
At that point the only way up is by helping those below you, he has nothing left to prove as far as competition goes.

Morikawa didn't have the shots Tiger has and hit in the iron video. Notice DJ didn't respond when Tiger dropped that he practiced with the 8 out of the sand "all the time". GOAT.

When DJ just stood there marveling at that shot to the back pin… that was all of us all the time w/Tiger. Both of those guys are so incredible.

In fairness, dj was the world number 1 when this was being filmed. Hardly a pushover himself.
A major lesson to be learned in this video is that there is no one correct way to do hit a golf shot. You can learn a lot while listening to these guys but you have to practice and find what works for you. DJ and Tiger were playing these shots in different ways and they were both #1 in the world at one point
From someone who has tried to emulate tiger’s swing for years, listening to his descriptions from these videos always seem to turn the lightbulb on for me. That little move that he does where he releases his hands from the top has helped me understand my swing better. Thanks for the content!

I love these videos from Taylor made. Watching and hearing Tiger go through his process makes me want to try those shots and practice. The guys is a genius
It’s amazing to watch the #1 player in the world, look to Tiger after every sentence and statement, almost like a “Do you agree? Or no?” Type of thing. There is always room for improvement no matter what the talent level. And playing bunker shots with the greatest golfer to ever pick up a club, he’s full of tips for you. You can watch DJ just soak up the knowledge Tiger is spitting out.
Well, when you've both been #1, you're with a peer. When you understand you each have the ability to be as good as or better than the other guy, there's a mutual respect. Trust me, Tiger didn't verbalize or show it in his body language, but he was definitely looking at what Dustin said and comparing and contrasting to his swing style, as Dustin was with Tiger. It's just one displayed it to the camera more than the other. Either way, the information you get from these players is great, but for a mid-handicapper like myself, I'm paying more attention to the core setup than the draw, cut, etc. Shot shaping comes once you can get the basics down. Most of us mid handicappers never get past that phase. But it's not for a lack of trying, some people are just more in tune with their bodies and can feel those nuances better than others.
Taylormade thank you a million thanks for posting this video. Tiger and Dustin not just telling but showing how to hit these shots and with what clubs is priceless. I only wish I could have been there to see in person.

This is my favorite part of golf and practicing. The experimentation. The mechanics. What works for me, how can I be creative and not just "do it the way they told me". That experimenting has led to my favorite shots in my short game. It never gets old hearing someone say "Wow. How the hell did you do that?"

How could it have been? 2020 Masters was SIM if I remember correctly, not SIM2. This had to have been between the SIM2 Launch and Tiger’s crash. If not, maybe a few days ago.

Tiger says he feels like he’s drawing it out of the bunker. I recently just try to focus on getting my right shoulder thru the shot, which I think is what Tiger is doing. Rotating the shoulders thru, preventing the hips from shifting forward and head from tilting back. Try it if you’re struggling.

That's the realest comment. Our Muni bunkers are like cement sometimes and mudholes other times.
Then it would be more like a normal chip/pitch. Practice on concrete until you get a feel. Equipment will make a big difference also.
