  • Hi loves ♥
So here comes a little vlog from our past week. A messy week with lots of work and stuff everywhere. I really begin to feel like we are soon going to explode in here. I can't thank universe enough for making such a perfect timing with our new house in two months.
    I CAN'T WAIT!!!
So right now our life is kinda focused on finishing the huge orderlist of jewelry that we had since august last year when we opened up our jewelry-weshop. We were not prepared that it would actually go so well! So since august we have had hundreds of orders and hundreds of wonderful customers with lots of patience, which we are thankful for. We stoped selling the jewelry since we needed to finish of all the orders first, and now after months of work, we are finally almost done.
So in a little while we will make some new designs for a new collection later this year. And of course, make sure to be prepared this time and make some changes for the better!
So in this vlog you get to see glimpses of our daily life right now. I hope you enjoy it!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WATCHING! ♥

I have suffered anxiety and depression most of my life. Anxiety especially is worse for me I think. Learn breathing exercises. Yoga. Is the best. I know sometimes one needs medication but it is so much better to learn to work thru it over meds tho meds is easier. Plz take good care of yourself. Much love.

The “in-between” time of year has been different for me through my life - I’m quite a bit older than you, and I have learned this: when you feel no inspiration, go inward. It’s natural. Go under the snow, under the fog, and look for signs of life, the new green shoots that nature is putting up. There’s a reason to rest, but that doesn’t mean nothing is happening. Look at your new home! Make plans, think of the new garden you’ll have, the new paths you’ll take to get to all your favorite places. Yes, you’ll have to do plenty of work, but there is more to come!

    Dear Jonna
Please do not despair, I have a little story to tell you.
In the mountains of Colorado where I am from spring does not come until May or June.
The sun is bright and the wind is cold, we measure spring by the wetness of the snow that falls. The deep snow is crunchy on top and we step through just like you did in your video.
You see the birds come awake to sing to the trees and tell them that spring is coming. So the trees listen quietly while under the ground their roots ready themselves because spring requires a lot of energy.
It is a very important time this making ready for spring because it requires so much energy. The trees must be very quiet and very still while waiting for the cold to lift. Think of a horse at the starting gate before the gun goes off and the race begins. This is like your time in March and April. The anticipation is terrible but very necessary.
Perhaps a song to the trees will help you feel better, just like the birds do.
I do not sing to the trees but I do speak to them I whisper and tell them all my secrets while they’re waiting.
    This helps me wait.

When I lived in Oregon and Idaho (in the northern US), as soon as the temps got back up above freezing, we were ready for spring. We even started wearing shorts and t-shirts if the sun was shining, even if there was still snow on the ground. But then I was so anxious to get to work in my garden, but the ground was often still frozen. I remember that is was always so hard to wait for the real growing season to start. Now I live near the beach in Mexico. Our temperatures are near highs of 80F and lows of 65 to 75F year around. I don’t miss the cold or shoveling snow, but I miss the beauty of it. Thanks to you and Kalle and Talasbuan, I can enjoy seeing the beauty of it whenever I want to.

Nothing green, everything looks dirty (i live in the city) it's warm one day and the snow melts and the next day it's cold again and everything is ice. It's an indecisive time for nature, which maybe you pick up on as you feel uninspired. Once the trees start showing signs of leaves, I always feel better. Like you, it is the songs of the birds that help me through. You have so much to look forward to this year! Hang in there dear one. ❤

I feel the low energy in January and February. In January in the USA everyone is making New Years resolutions, weight and exercise goals, renovation projects, but I just want to sleep, read, and be cozy. In February I drag along. My son-in-law is from New Orleans, and they have Mardi Gras, so they have taken the dullest part of the year and made it into. 3 week party. They go to the parades every weekend in neighboring towns that are more family oriented. When we were there I thought it was great to have a big time of celebration to carry you through until the signs of spring start coming later in March.

Hello Jonna! I know what you mean about March and April being you’re “bad” months, when it’s no longer winter but not quite spring. Here in Texas though, March and April are so magical. Spring has officially sprung, and there is so much birth and beauty happening. We have gorgeous native wildflowers that grow here, specifically Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrushes. The field at my dads house where we make hay for our cows suddenly turns into a field of deep blue and bright red from the flowers. I hope you’re spring comes soon and that your days become as bright as the sun! Much love! 💛

Hi, jonna and Johan! March and April.. Simple.. I´m paraphlegic, as i told you before, and i pass 70/80 % of my time in the bed.. When i´m lying down or it´s raining..i use the time to plan for the things i will do when i go up. Use that time, for painting, make music, planing, or, find something new you haven´t noticed before in that two months of change.. Try capture that earlier change you couldn´t see, nor capture before..for that, maybe try to use macro lenses! The forest is always alive and working..! Big kisses and hug, fulfilled with love! -Luís Miguel - Portugal.. ps: be positive..Siiiiimmmm !! like CR7 says..it means Yeeeeesss !

i feel the same way about february and march because spring comes for me in april. by february i’m just done with winter and in march all the snow is gone but there are no plants growing so everything looks brown and grey and sad. i usually meditate to bird songs to bring my mood up and remind me that spring is coming! thankfully all of the spring birds have come back and the days are getting warmer and brighter and i can see buds on the trees and plants sprouting!

I live in a northern area as well. March and April for us is hit or miss as far as snow and cold...but the birds are back. Not all, but some. Everything is at a standstill, ready for rebirth....but look at that as cosmic, divine anticipation. The birds are the heralds, and the first green buds always arrive precisely when they mean to. I've come to really enjoy the stillness. If you can tap into the anticipation of it all, you'll find that it's a lot like that of a child on Christmas morning...full of its own inspiration 🤗❤⚔💙

The birds yes are a sign of hope they are returning and singing. My doves have returned to their nest tree. The sound of flutter of wings is like angels.
Your lovely animals cheer me up. They are so cute, the cat following you as well. They love you so much. Animals always make me feel better. I miss my dog who I lost last September. Nanouk is the sweetest soul.

Listen to the wind as it whispers through your trees there. The smell of pine on the air always makes me happy. March and April as the weather and season shifts is a bit of a struggle. My stores are depleted from barreling through the winter. So, yes, the loss of natural light during November/December followed by the glint from the snow as the weather breaks towards spring is harsh for a bit. Not at all comforting. I agree in some aspects, but, as you are learning as well, I try to focus my attention on the things I appreciate to get me through the transition of winter to spring. New chapter to write in your life and with a new season of the year. May the shift in season bring you joy and bliss. Wishing you warmth and a renewed sense of well being from the desert.

A tiny advise: cover the pile of stuff that you brought home with a big bedsheet. This way it will add less visual noise and remind you of itself much less and it will be easier to ignore it for 2 month.
Sending luck and warmth and lots of hugs to carry you through those times 🌲

So many people obviously touched by your vlogs... and me too.... the beauty and honesty and gentleness... and most of all I think it is the LOVE being expressed through you which I feel. Like others have said I feel waves of emotion watching as though parts of me are opening up and reconnecting to a younger me. It reminds me to be who I am. Thank you.
Also your relationships with nature and animals is so lovely to see. I used to have a dog and a cat and both passed but after watching your vlogs I KNOW i need to have an animal in my life again!! Thank you so much and lots of love and light from England

A busy time for you guys...it is so good to realize dreams, even if theres work to be done. March and April are very unsettled months in Wyoming..the weather is wet, snow and rain..lots of mud..and many babies..cows,sheep,goats,horses and every wild thing..the time of great change takes lots of energy I'm sure we all contribute to the process of new life emerging..for me now time is going very fast so I love every moment no matter the season. Much love to you and family..you all live in our hearts💛

The worst time of year for me is Winter. What I started doing, and may help you, is repeating over and over that I love Winter. I visualize enjoying the snow and the cold. It seems to have helped! If you keep repeating how much those months bring you down, it will always be that way. You might try it!

I had a sense that the winters are long where you are. I would find that hard. I'd think the northern lights would be very redeeming though.
Where I live we don't get snow. I think it snowed once but that was long before I moved to these parts. I miss the snow. We have been getting a lot of rain after years of drought. So I'm not complaining. I love the moisture.i love the abundance of flowers.
The other day I was out on my patio and was visited by a humming bird. I didn't have a camera handy. But it was special. She went from bloom to bloom in my patio garden. 🌺🌸🌼🏵️

I can definitely relate to this feeling. The weather can be very bipolar during winter/spring around here, some days can be very cold, dark, and/or snowy - and then before you know it you have a sunny bright day. That really throws me energy levels off because I can’t adjust so quick. You’re fine to feel that way! But embrace it, don’t resist it. Try to make peace with the weirdness and it could become you’re friend.

Here in Ireland, I always find January an awful long month, and I struggle with the time between January and the end of March. Theq long dark nights don't help, although it is not as dark here in the winter as it is where you are. Some days I just have to force myself out of bed in the mornings...

I completely understand you talking about the "in between months". It's not just you. I feel exactly the same about March and April (here in Canada). Winter cannot be over fast enough in those months. It feels SO long. November would be my third least favourite month.

I actually *like* March -- it's the month I was born! That said, it's also a time of transition, of change, of uncertainty; the seasons are changing so it can be warm & sunny one day and snowy the next. (I have a photo of a bright red cardinal [bird] in the grass of my backyard that I took 2 weeks ago -- and a photo of the exact same spot covered in snow just 48 hours later.) It can be a difficult time because our internal clocks are re-setting for Spring (and our minds are by now yearning for calmer, warmer weather) but one can never tell which season it will feel like from day to day. All that crazy transition you're going through with your living space changing, not to mention the chaotic environment caused by having all your stuff jammed into a small space, isn't helping, but don't forget that -- because this is a time of transition -- it won't be long at all before the world around you is warm & green (let's not think about the flies & mosquitoes right now, LOL), you'll be in your new permanent home, and all the craziness will be settling into the kind of routine and environment that you want to build for yourself. :-)

I have never felt that way in March and April, because that is usually our full fledged spring, but this year, in Montana, we have had a weird winter. We are in the same predicament you are where winter is not really over and spring has not yet begun, so I am feeling the same blah feelings you must experience every year. I know the magic will return for all of us, it just takes patience. I enjoy your vlogs so much! Love and happy wishes to all of you!

Early spring is like summer just coming out of hibernation. In March a bit confused, gloomy eyed and yawning, snoozing way too much. Come April and she's really awake - stretching, exercising, running a little wild. Like a brand new little bear cub she nods of in the middle of playing.
Yeah, in my mind spring is like a tiny little baby summer - simultaneously making you love, laugh and feeling exhausted.
Thank you, Jonna, for sharing your life with us 💖.

March and April always feels stagnant to me. I think it has to do with cabin fever. Not sure if you're familiar with the term there but it's a state of mind from being cooped up all winter. You've had so much on your plate for so long, just try to see this time of in-between stasis as a resting time from the outside world while you focus on the big move and getting back the balance. You'll be great, I see this. BREATHE. Big love to you all

I love all seasons and months. It's sad that this winter there was no snow in Estonia where I live. I don't know about the rest of the land but I'm on an island. I missed the snow, but I'm excited for spring which is already in the air but starts with Imbolc in February. I can start planting onions and such. Make preparations for the growing season. There's so much light outside but still wintery ( usually snowy) which I love. A lot of rain and water. Life starts anew. Wet and noisy. I feel like passion has come back with the light.

Thank you so much for your little life updates!!! I love seeing just how happy you are with Nanook, with Johan. Don't be sad in March and April, I know it's a tricky time. On the one hand sun is bright so you think it's warm. On the other there is snow on the ground and it snows randomly. It's neither here nor there. But I still love the sun more than anything. Enjoy the summer soon!
