So finally we are done with months of intense work and ready to take a new, exciting step in our life.
And at the same time we are stepping into the most wonderful time of the year. Spring has arrived for real and nature is waking up, healing our souls after a long, cold and hard winter.
I feel so happy to think about the time ahead of us. It's almost like a little adventure. A journey into something new.
Something that will change everything in our life to the better.
I so much look forward to share this time ahead of us with you all.

When I watch her videos I remember cross country skiing always on the Bog with my wolf pulling me and smelling the soft wind chill touching my cheeks as the wind blow across from Mt. But unfortunately there is not that much sheet music for accordion and even less RUclips videos. I once stopped exercising because I didn’t have any modern sheet music.

I didn't pass a Uni exam some hours ago and I felt so bad, like I'm not fit to become a Vet. I start watching all your videos some months ago, when I was already confused about my career, but you inspired me about moving to Sweden in that places you show us. And now you published this video in this moment... I cried out my last salt tears when you told us about your grandpa, but then your smiling when you said the for sure he is listening to you playing that song turned my salt tears to sweet one and then the rest of the video gave me the strenght to continue with this student veterinary career. It is her spirit animal. Animals chose us. My daughter received a little dog from her fiance while she still lived with us. That little puppy chose me and would cry and scratch the paint of her door to come sleep with me. She realized that the dog chose me and let me keep her when she got married and moved. She follows me everywhere as well and is my side kick and friend for 8 years now. It's a beautiful bond. ❤❤❤

Hey, I wanted to thank you so much! You helped me out of dark thoughts and out of a bad train of thoughts. Two years ago I moved from Germany to Norway. It was the best decision I could have made. I live in a little town with 64 inhabitants. And just like you I have a dream house. It looked like I never would have a chance, to get near to it. (it's very old and broken, it needs a lot of work) I nearly gave up. But then I found your channel and got hope again. And now there is a tiny little chance, that I can safe this gård from falling apart. It needs so much work, but that's the first place, where I can say: I belong here. I belong to the nature here! But to the gård as well, there's such a strong connection and you gave me the strength to continue to hope!
Im thinking of doing the same thing, how easy was it to apply for citizenship? Would be nice to get some first hand experience from someone who has already completed the whole process.
@@dazedfrog700 the "real" citizenship (that I could call myself a norweagan inhabit on paper) can you get after 7 years, or 5 years plus civil-service (hope you know what I mean🙈). But to "subscribe" here wasn't that hard. They send you a list, what you need to "subscribe" in the new country. You only need to have your papers they've asked about. Then you say you have everything and they give you a day you can come. Maybe they send you home again, to get one more seal or something and then you can come back. Especially when you're alone it shouldn't be that hard. (When I came they just released a new law, so everyone had to arrange their self at first😅) But you can make it easyli and I wish you the best of luck💛

I'm from Australia and I find it absolutely amazing to witness these seasons changes in your videos! Here, there is an entirely different natural world. Completely different colours! A more grey-green in the gum trees and a sandstone coastline touching the sea. I've only seen snow once in Australia in my whole life- your's astonishes me! Your videos are stunning- I appreciate nature more through them :)

Marlene, I do not want to pretend to know what you are going through in an attempt to make you feel better. I don‘t, but I feel so much compassion towards you and I am quite familiar with living in the darkness that others know by the names of hopelessness, isolation, desperation, fear, worry, shame and l had lots of visitors of such kind that made me hide out from the world. Now, I was never attracted to kill myself, as my fear of the unknown was a bit bigger than that of the already known yet dreadful. But I wasn‘t living either. I was in a limbo, merely existing with as little „aliveness“ as I could in many many moments. It was tough, really really tough. And now, of course here comes the part where I tell you it gets better, although I am not pretending to know your future, I am just telling you it REALLY did get better for me. This is all. I know in my darkest hours I was sometimes desperately searching for redemption stories, for people talking about how they turned their life around, how things changed, how it got better even after losing hope. Because there was a little part of me believing that it may get better. But there was an even bigger and most of the time more active part that highly doubted that. And still, it happened. Not only have I found relief from the darkness, I have actually found my light again and with that, an ability to connect deeply with others and help those I am meant to help through their turmoils in life. Because we don‘t have to go it all alone. I didn‘t and I am glad I know that now. Marlene, if this resonates with you in any way, you are so so welcome and invited to reach out to me and I belief with a faith I would have never thought I would be able to hold after all the hardships I experienced, that if you feel pulled to do so, there will be a way to ease up the darkness and let some light back in. Jonna dear: thank you for sharing this, and know that it is a particularly special gift to me because my mother taught herself accordion (and then piano and organ) when she was young. I have memories of sitting beside her while she played in church. Seeing a young person play the accordion is very rare, and because it is you who I am so fond of, it is even more special. But this is the gift part: my talented musical mother passed away 3 weeks ago on April 8. Since then she has found ways to connect with me from her new place and this is one of those ways. I also had expected to have more days with her, like you did your grandpa. My heart is aching for what we can't share now, but I feel like you do - she is unlimited now, and aware of all this. It is such a beautiful thing that you can live on and love the same land that your grandparents loved when they were young. I'm so happy for you and Johan. I wish you the best outcomes on your electrical work and on setting up your new smithy. I cannot wait to see everything! Thank you again for opening your heart and your life. I'm not sure always why it should mean so much to me to share in your journey, but it does, and it makes the world a better place for me. My grandfather's accordion is the first one I ever played. He died before I was born so I never got to play for him either.
The accordion is a beautiful instrument and has changed my life completely. You play wonderfully!

Also you may have already said before, but I wondered what camera you use to film your vlogs on? Tbh, I would love to see a tutorial or tips video from you and how you video/film. There so many things out there for nature photography but I haven’t ever found something that shows how people add that soft nature touch to videos. You are being watched even here in France, and with great interest... I'm 21st, I live in Nantes, a large city in the West of France, and I discovered your videos two weeks ago. I keep on watching them as they bring me so much peace. I'm student in a business school and I run many different projects that I love and find interesting and productive, but I start on realizing more and more how screens get a hold on my life and keep me from staying connected to my deeper motions and needs. I used to spend a lot of time in my family home, in the countryside, but my sister now lives in it, which is making it more complicated for me to go there on a regular basis. Your life in the midle of that beautiful forest reminds me what it feels like to just listen to the birds singing. I miss it, but it also helps me realizing that I want to find ways to bring it back in my life.
So thank you very much for this bowl of fresh air every week. It helps me keep that desire of living more connected to the silence. My Mormor & Morfar lived in Sweden. My grandmother died suddenly just 1 month before I had plans to visit. What a hard trip it was to only see Morfar 💔 Mormor used to play the accordion too. My Morfar and my mothers family lives in Piteå still- very far north! Thanks for sharing ❤️
