Hey Seth, I had rotator cuff repair surgery on my left shoulder about a year and a half ago. I have tried front squats a few times since but find I can't keep my left side elevated once the bar gets to a certain weight. Any thoughts on movements to strengthen that shoulder to tolerate load in a front squat?
I'd guess it's serratus not holding things up from the front side. Finding a start point you can do with pushups and/or dips and pushing through up to the top could be a start.
