You got plenty of finds out that field very nice if there's that many you need to go back im sure there's plenty more for the field to give up thanks for taking us along
So so many bag seals but I love to see them as they’re a great bit of history there. We don’t get any here in Chester sadly. What great finds you had and the red horse head is the best of the day - you’re great at finding bits of animals Simon especially horses! Thanks for the video and you typical Spanish sandwiches look good 👍
Thank you Pauline, oh but Chester has to be great for many other finds. Yes i am starting to have a zoo, a collection of injured animals 🤪. See you for the next one with Mr. John 🎉
My new favourite word: Plow-ged. I like Boo-tons, too. I wish my German was as good as his English. My Spanish is non-existant. Love your choice of music, too, Simon.
😅😂yes i was feeling “ploughing” wasn’t my best pronunciation and checked the automatic captions of RUclips and apparently i am telling “plow” all the time🤪 but happy you enjoy it, thanks Marie!
The "musket ball" is likely what we call "buckshot" here in the states. It would be fired from a shotgun or fowling piece. The size strikes me as too small for anything else.
Love the horse head! Another great video Simon!
Fantastic! Yes i think is one of the best of the day, nice detail. Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
Well done Simon 🥰🥰
Thanks for watching Jo!☺️
I like that flower, and the horse!
Yes, the horse still has great detail. Thank you!🙏
Well done Simon 😊
Thank you! Great to see you here always!🙌
you had a good day with lots of finds Simon, like the buckles thanks again cheers
Glad you enjoyed it James, yes the 3 buckles were good, better than the post office bag seals 🤪
Yumm!! Chorizo and Jamon sandwiches! Cool horse!! And looks like mild weather too. 😎🌞🥪🥪🐴🐴💞💞
The last for great sandwiches 😅 Weather is a bit less cold. Will see how is going until Spring time in Bonnie Scotland🤪
Nice finds again Simon! Looking forward to another episode with Mr. John
Thank you Jay, yes will be very soon. A great day that had to be done in 2 parts🎉👍
Wow ! lots of interesting finds . Well done Simon.
Fantastic! Glad you enjoyed it! And see you for a great day in the next one!

Thank you Claude, yes I think so too. That's the plan! And now is ploughed, so a new field 🎉
Nice finds Simon. Well done 👍👍
Thank you John! See you for the next with Mr. John!🎉👌

Gracias Gloria, and stay tuned for the next day with John, will be an epic day🎉
Well done my friend. Good job
Thank you very much Don! Next one in the company of Mr. John the Scotsman

These are still quality finds, Simon. Well done. Cheers from Texas.
Thank you David! Happy you enjoyed the adventure today! See you for the next one very soon!
This is my favorite music, you should make it your permanent theme music Simon. Thanks for another interesting video.
Glad you like it Adele! Yes i love that music as an intro for adventures. I ll keep that at the moment 👍

The sandwiches are another amazing find, haha! I'm celiac and vegetarian and they look delicious! The horse head and poppy are nice finds too...
Yes they are! Sorry if being vegetarian can dislike the view, but don’t have many chances to eat that 😅
@thespanishdetectorist No, I don't mind the view, it looks tasty! I'm living vicariously through you, I would eat them if I could :)
Those sandwiches of yours over John's pot noodles any day. Wonder finds today, always a fun watch. Hi from down under 😊
Thank you, yes definitely better these sandwiches than pot noodles. Glad you enjoyed it!
Nothing special but a really nice collection. It paints a good picture of rural Scottish life over the past 200 years.
Absolutely, that’s the perfect description of this day! Thank you 🙏
It's like a spaghetti western with the music 😂
😂 yes, sort of…eventually we are in search of gold too on the fields. There are some similarities 🤪
Enjoy your adventures , I’m sure you will get a top Quilty item soon
Look first time your next vid
Thank you Michael! Yes, hope the statistics of many days in search works in my favour soon 👍🎉

@thespanishdetectorist os tendréis que poner de acuerdo John y tu para publicar y que no haya spoilers😂😂

Well Simon I’ve now come to the conclusion that bag seals were grown in a field 😂 seriously though not a bad lot of finds for one dig 👍
🤪 yes definitely, not sure if falls from trees, or just growing randomly 🤪. Not a bad day eventually, busy and full of finds👍

Brilliant! Thank you for the information. Probably shot along with several of these
