Hi there. Great questions. There are limits for how much you can send with us. They depend on which currencies you send to and from, and how you pay. For sending to EUR, you can send up to 6 million EUR per transfer. For sending from EUR, you can send up to 1.2 million EUR per transfer if you pay by bank transfer. hi, i live in egypt and my english is not that good but i have a question currently i can't make my own bank account for some personal reasons here but i want to use wise as a tool if i wanted to make money through the internet can i use wise to receive money from any website i work on and also to pay for any debt i have without having a bank account? + does wise have an official place on egypt if i want to get money per cash ?thanks
Hi, Hassan. With us, you can receive payments to balances using account details. However, this feature's only available in select regions, and that doesn't include Egypt, which you can see here: wi.se/balanceavailability. Rest assured, we're working to expand to more locations, and till then, you can keep an eye on our social channels for future updates. Also, if you're based in Egypt, you'll only be able to send money overseas with us. Or, with a bank account, you can receive money to it from other Wise users by marking your bank account details as a "Primary Account" under your "Recipient" page. Here's more info: wi.se/receive-without-account-details. Lastly, note that although we've offices globally, they aren't open to the public as we operate completely online. Plus, we don't support cash, cheque, or cryptocurrencies within our platform.

I was adding money in my account to get bank details but card payment unavailable at the moment. Is possible to get the bank details when someone send me money from a different Wise account?

This means the only way to get account details is by adding money to your account-Note that the money has to come from an account under your name. Also, if the card payment didn't work, you might need to use another available payment method in your account. Once you have your account details, you can start receiving money.
