Oh you also play Blue Lock Blaze Battle? NICE!!! I play this with controller and mouse tbh. I love this game. Just started and I already have Chigiri, Kurimani or whatever his name is lol but sadly no Bachira...YET :D
Edit: If you ever played Captain Tsubasa Dream Team, you kinda can compare that to Blue Lock. You have to pull the players and then you can build your team and also level up those players and stuff. The energy bar - as you figured out - is to prevent you from spamming all those special skills they have
