- If your (old) car radio doesn't support bluetooth, you're fed up burning and playing cd's, or your smarthone hasn't enough memory capacity, than an FM transmitter can be an simple and cheap solution.
But does it work?

I basically got the same adapter, but the brand is different. Anyways, the video helped a lot, I was able to connect my phone and the sound comes out to the car. Thank you so much!!!
Does it work exactly as it does in the video?
If I buy a product like this and connect it to bluetooth, the music will be heard from the device, or from the car's speakers?

How did you do it because when I plug it into the cigarette port the blue light does not turn on
I brought a cheap one that I thought was a dud. Just followed this video and it works. I’m over the moon 🙏🏾
I have the same device and it works great, but it plugs with and AC/DC converter to a wall outlet. All you need is get a radio, tune to a frequency, set the frequency to match the same, pair it, and it will play music instead of driving in a car. Works with all vintage portable radios including transistor radios and pocket radios, and stereo equipment.
How is it the music quality? The same as the cd or can you tell much of a difference?

Great tip would never have thought of that, maybe you could also try a dc powdered phone charger
The USB Type A connectors are charging points for phones. The one on the left is a fast charge (3 amp) and the one on the right a 1 amp (slow charge) for older phones.
the one on the right is for flash drives with music on them
I'm glad I found this.. I was just about to return my bluetooth transmitter because I thought it's not the right one.

Best option is to play music from your smartphone. I always like my music played randomly.
that's my concern with these, I don't see an option on any of them to randomize the playlist

Yep. I use one of these everyday even for phone calls never gets static hand mine has hands free mic and still transmits amazing bass

It worked great thanks for the quick tutorial. Thankfully my truck has two outlets and one turns off when the truck is off so I just leave it in 😀

Thank you for the tutorial. It helped me get started. I couldn't get the USB to work in the slot on the right. I switched it to the other side and now it works.

That's good advice. That it's going to drain the battery. When it shows battery voltage, it's supposed to be at least 12v.
The $20 I bought from Walmart has a long cord and doesn't work well most of the time. I live in a metro area, so maybe that is the problem. idk.

if you find your car radio making squeeky noises u have to turn down your phone volume when connected to bluetooth turn down your car radio volume then fully open the phone volume and then u can always change the sound of your car radio without having squeeky noises

I just got one and the sound quality is shit. Have to max out the volume to hear and it still sounds awful.

The USB does not work because of the format of the USB format to FAT 32. and not NTFS

I got one, but the audio quality was very bad. I did a lot of tests, and the audio quality kept horrible. So I gave it back. I am going to try with another products later. Maybe can find a better one.

These things are never loud enough and sound do cheap through the radio waves. Idk if brand to brand matters, but I've gotten 2 different ones and a regular radio station is almost twice as loud. Fix.
Most of them don't even play music in stereo mode, sad :/

There is a humming noise coming from car's fm signal. Any way to stop that? Other than that it's fantastic.
Find a station that's super quiet and use that one, one that's getting no signal except yours

I have an fm transmitter, never stored music onto a SD card before.
I noticed that my albums are double folders see one folder it's the name of the artist click on it, there's another folder it's the name of the album, click on that it's the list of the tracks. These types of files won't play will they? How do I correct that? Each track shows m4a is that alright?
What do I need to do, in order for my music to be able to play from the transmitter through my car stereo?
Shame these devices doesn't allow you to connect and store more than one Bluetooth device i.e. mobile phone & iPod 😥

U dont have to unplug it jst off the car and remove the keys. Not unless your cigarette lighter 12v is on all the time. That would be bad
so if you leave it plugged in or on all the tie would it mess up the car's electrical system?
@@walterclements2877 no it wont cuz wen u of the car and take out the keys there should be no power on the accessories. If u turn the key to acc then your 12v should have power including the radio

Why are the songs mixed, not as at USB order, as I've ordered it on my PC
How come sometimes the radio gets back on and then disrupts the whole connection. So two sounds come out
