I use Bane as a threat for them to worry about if they leave me to go first for second turn. It is a good comeback card, but most duels I noticed I do not even use the package.
So glad to see someone else swap E-Call for Foolish Burial. The deck has more utility for cards being in the grave for extending, searchers or combos; versus having more cards in hand that are bricks if there is no viable special summon or normal summon remaining. I currently run the Evil package. It’s honestly been great to me because Bane can at least stall for a turn. I find running one Increase in my current setup is my brick and I’m considering running one Stratos, too. Vyon at 3 all day. Do you really think selling the Evil package for prosperity or forbidden drops is worth it?
Yeah Foolish is so much more adaptable, I love it. Yeah, I think if one had to pick between Pot/Droplet and the Evil package, I'd go with the staples. Looking at the value of the cards it's just not worth it imo, especially when the two cards in Main are pretty bricky. Bane is great for OTK and comeback, but more consistency or protection (Pot/Droplet) adds so much more value to the deck - especially since Heroes aren't lacking in OTK tools already
You're better off buying singles - tcgplayer.com is the best site for that. It also serves as a good database for seeing what sets each card came in, too!
To go into Dark Law? Sure. Activate Fusion Destiny, send Malicious and Shadow Mist as material (do NOT activate Shadow Mist). Summon Dangerous. Activate Malicious to summon Malicious. Link Malicious and Dangerous into Cross Crusader. Bring back a Destiny, tribute a Destiny to search for Liquid Soldier. Normal summon Liquid, special summon Shadow Mist with its effect, then activate Shadow Mist to search Mask Change. Set the Mask Change so you can use it next turn and get the search off Shadow Mist. :)

Yes, either 3 more hand traps (3 veiler for example) or 1 more stratos and 1 E call, which would put it at 41
