I love all your videos and have made along with you so many times!! My only request, is it possible to let us know when you use half hard wire? Cause even the wire in the link in your description box is half hard. It took me a while to figure out when to use the half hard. Took me a bunch of mess you and trial and error to figure it out. Beautiful piece today too! 🤗💜
Thank you. I'm glad to hear it. I get where you are coming from, but it is a bit of a tricky one I think, because it can be quite subjective. My personal preference is always soft wire unless there is a specific reason for anything else. But for instance when I use the BeadSmith wire that is a harder wire, it is mostly because I want to use the specific colour of that wire and it was sent to me to try out and I don't have that colour in a soft wire. But of course I still like the wire and recommend it. And honestly I use the soft and half hard wire from BeadSmith for the same things because it depends on the colour I want to use. 🤪 But that probably has a lot to do with experience since I have been working with wire for a long time and I can definitely see how that's not necessarily as easy for a beginner for instance. For instance with the pieces in this video, the silver and copper ones are made with soft wire and the bronze ones are made with the BeadSmith half hard wire. So I guess what I'm trying to say (with this long essay 🤪) is that I personally feel like either can be used for most things and mostly it's a matter of personal preference. Unless it is otherwise stated, like for instance for wire kumihimo I will always recommend soft wire. But I should get better at making sure to mention that then. Note taken. 😉 And you've also given me an idea for a possible video. 🤔 Thank you. (wow that was a long reply 😳🤪)
Thank you. Hehe, I never thought I would ever use words like adorable and cute about anything spider related (I have pretty severe arachnophobia), but I also think they are kind of cute. 🤪😵💫
Please slow down when you speak. There's no race. It's so hard to understand you. Pause and breathe. I love your ideas but can't watch because you speak like there's no tomorrow. I'm trying no to be crude, but I can't be the only one. I live in NYC and we speak fast, but not like this.
This is absolutely gorgeous!!! I'm gonna make bigger ones for decoration, thanks so much for this x
