- Morning of the second day in Wakayama.
The sky is cloudy and rain is forecast for the day.
Our first destination was a bakery.
After breakfast, we went to Toretore Market.
After procuring fresh seafood, fruits, sake, and dinner, we headed for our sleeping place.
Driving along the seaside, it was pitch black.
After driving along an eerie night road with no streetlights, a roadside station suddenly appeared.
In the pouring rain, we spend the night in a strange place with huge rocks towering above us.
We ate dinner bought at the market, and after a leisurely family reunion, we enjoyed a night drinking hot sake for the first time in a long while.
The next day was clear and the scenery was dazzlingly beautiful, a far cry from the night scene.

We are a family of three: husband (Shin), wife (Ayako), and daughter (Yuri), both around 40 years old and our only daughter.
We bought the campervan of our dreams, the Corde Leaves, so that our daughter could have a variety of experiences!
We will enjoy our hobby of outdoor activities, such as camping, staying in the car, mountain climbing, and fishing, while traveling all over Japan.

The bakery had amazing looking selections...the market offered a great variety of items but the best was hearing Yuri laughter when you 2 were playing. The rocks wrte really a great place to gaze out at the ocean. Stay safe. One of your fans here in America.

Oh to be able to sleep like the young and innocent. No worries in the world and surrounded by loving parents and safe. I wonder why when we get older we have insomnia. Just can't sleep. じゃばら(柑橘)のジュースにナカタのパンもお勧めです。ナカタのパンはスーパーとかで売っており、柔らかいのと安いのがうりです。どれでも5個で500円とかで売っていて、地元民の青春の味だそうです。
