    When you see all the beauty that America has to offer, why would you ever think of going anywhere else? Our country has some of the most breathtaking scenery of any place on earth. I have seen the Swiss and Austrian Alps, the desert of Egypt, and a lot of Turkish countryside, but none of those compare with the beauty of what America has to offer. Again, why go anywhere else, when we have all of that beauty right here at home?

    If you're gonna hike in the heat you better take ALL the water you can comfortably carry. In northern California a family on a hike died from heat and sun; mother father child and the dog all died. Father called in but the rescue team could not find them until evening but they were deceased by then. Rescuers stood watch all night so the predators couldn't get to the deceased. RIP to all who died that day.

    Breathtakingly beautiful both scenery & wildlife! I can never understand how some people can take pleasure in hunting such magnificent animals. Take their innocent lives for mere worthless photograhs to show off. Animals enhance the world beauty. They are much more beautiful alive than dead.

    • @FuckPedophileBiden
      @FuckPedophileBiden 2 года назад

      The vast majority of people that hunt do it to feed themselves and their families clean food free of pesticides, hormones, and many other other drugs that the grocery stores sell. You may think you don't have the blood of the animals you eat on your hands because you pay to have someone else do the killing, but you are just as responsible for their deaths and the horrible existence they had to endure because of your laziness and lack of desire to forage for food that won't give you cancer and result in your early and unnecessary death.

    We are going to Grand Teton in a month. Would have loved to know what trails you were on. Can you share?

    • @yowza123456
      @yowza123456  2 года назад +1

      Yes! It was early in the season, so some of the really higher altitude trails were snowed under. We opted for the following:
      1. Inspiration Point: The coolest part of this trail is where it is carved into the side of mountain. Also, the view of Jenny Lake is nice. But I would recommend continuing onto Cascade Canyon.
      2. Cascade Canyon: If you continue past Inspiration Point, you can walk thru the canyon by the river. This was a really beautiful hike with very little altitude change. It is up and back, so hike in as far as you like, then turn around.
      3. Bradley Lake/Taggert Lake: The last trail we did was the Bradley/Taggert lake loop. The views on the way from the parking area to Bradley lake were really great and if you get to the lake early enough, the wind may be still allowing really nice shots of the Tetons as they reflect in the lake.
      *** Can't emphasize enough that you need to get to the trailhead early!! We got there around 7:30 AM for all of these trails. By the time we got back to our car, there were vehicles parked as much as a half a mile down the side of the road! It was a zoo. Do yourself a favor and get up early. This gives you a great chance to see wildlife on your way to the trail, and on the trail. It also gives you much more serenity while on the trail because a lot of folks show up later ***

    The grand Tetons is not nice name 'big breast'. Because those French explorers had dirty minds when they named it. I would called it a very cool native American name.
