the green section is called motion editor
It is a cool method and fast to execute. It lack structure, but it kinda almost manages to make it look good with some polishing.
Though im not sure if i would actually recommend it to use as animation learning method. Dont think you will be ablle to make walking anims and stylized stuff with it (though this is kinda stylized animation to some degree by itself already)
I was aware of this mechanic in sfm, but never actualy though of it as actual method to animate 🤔
This thing could benefit from animation layers (which sfm technically don't have)

Great to see a behind the scenes of how you work the magic (and how you're able to churn out these crazy amounts in so short time!)
A few notes of critique for you incase you do future SFM tutorial style videos:
- This feels very much like a tutorial for people who are already pretty familiar with SFM, and should not be seen as a "Just watch this and you'll be able to roll just like me!" kinda thing, because you skip over alot of small details and explaination, that for you and us other experience SFM users, feel natural and is part of our toolkit. But a complete newcomer will just see you click with lightningspeed and use different sliders without you explaining what or why you click it (and what it does)
- As charming as it was to see the full uncut version of the person behind the channel, seeing the video from a "tutorial perspective" it had alot of messy bits and filler that could have been cut out to make the final product a bit more "on point" with it's subject (no hate, i loved the piano play and silly hoovy blabbering

I have been watching sfm tutorials for years, unable to figure out how people make the shoulders and such lock to the torsos movement rather than stretching, and this man solved my biggest question, in less that 5 minutes.
This is ABSOLUTELY the BEST way to be efficient, i also appreciate that you are so young yet your work is so great. I would LOVE to see more videos like this

I tried to learn SFM but it was hard and then I had no longer time nor space to reinstall the program (I had to delete it so I can download some other stuff) but I did not give up yet, once I get enough space for the program I will continue learning.

After spending 5.7 Confusing hours in SFM, and 1.8 on RUclips, my issue is solved, I can't for the life of me animate, and time key frames correctly, now that i know what to work on to animate, time i animate.

this is just an sfm speedrun, but still a viable tutorial. Absolutely 0 offense. But the official valve tutorials are recommended. If you do not understand the official valve tutorials, then this is probably for you.
