Yes, it’s me again trying to fix my $650 vacuum and I’m watching a video on how to clean it. Nope, battery is still dead. Or the power board is fried or something because it won’t charge.
No - please do not wash or submerge the bin, as damage could be caused. Please follow the steps shown in our video guide to wipe it with a damp cloth - and ensure it's fully dry before refitting it.
Yes, absolutely. You may need to do it more often, depending on usage. The frequency of cleanings needed is based on the individual user. Thanks for asking!

I have the same problem. Half the dirt gets flung by the flipping cap all over the floor and not into the bin. Whoever is the engineer who designs this feature, deserves to be sacked.
I press the red button but I can't take the bin off, it's solid on, dude , it is too difficult for me. Well, my husband can do it easily, but I AM the person who does all the house work :(
Great that Dyson puts up all these very useful videos!
Never imagined a vacuum cleaner video to be ASMR!
Awesome!! Now I know!

Definitely not for people with arthritis
Yep. I don't have any health issue and it's still a mission impossible for me. I'll just donate it. @@LauraMartinez-ig1zz
Which button did she press? This is such a horrible demo video
To remove the bin from the machine, press the red release button on the bottom of the bin. The bin will then slide off the runner.
