Honestly I 100% agree I find that Irish culture has become shallow and quite plastic when in reality we have so much more then what is one the surface. It seems alot of people dont actually look past 200 years to see our rich history
Bambie Thug and Nemo became friends. They are both non-binary and connected. It's a beautiful friendship. And they both fought behind the stages... this year's Eurovision was a political sh*tshow. With a disqualification that we do not know the exact reasons and a participation from Israel with a highly political song that should not have been admitted. Pro-peace protests, booing etc. The writing on Bambie's face means "cease fire". First Bambie had to remove it... then it was allowed. Nemo had a non-binary flag and a flag of Switzerland at the flag parade. Even if the European Broadcasting Union allows LGBTQ flags Nemo had to smuggle it in. Then the Italian singer Angelina Mango showed up in the media center and sang Imagine by John Lennon and the French singer Slimane interrupted the last rehearsal to speak up for peace. I loved the artists who fought for free speech. One side was allowed to make propaganda, Russia was banned, and all those who spoke up for the other side were silenced. But the songs were great. It just wasn't all about music. If you want to know about European politics do not watch the news. Watch Eurovision. 😂
Nemo wearing/holding Bambi's crown for their final performance was one of my favourite moments of Eurovision. Adorable Nonbinary solidarity between the two of them.
@TheBrokenRobot This was my favorite moment too. And Nemo breaking the trophy. Nemo said in an interview (on the channel Gay and not gay) that they prefer the broken one. But somehow it was lost. But that's Nemo. They do not care about prizes and charts or even being famous. As long as they can create music for people.
ireland was amazing!! and btw bambie uses they/them pronouns. ireland only placed 6th, and it might be bc so many ppl who would have supported them boycotted eurovision this year due to israel's participation. it's also crazy that every artist only gets 3 minutes or less and they managed to fit in so many twists and breakdowns to add more intrigue. one of my favorites of the whole competition.
Bambie Thug is at this year's Download festival this year. If you're interested in more from Eurovision, Lord of the Lost were there last year. They're a German goth metal band. The Norwegian goth metal band Gothminister entered the national final for Norway this year too, but didn't win. (some countries chose their entrants to Eurovision via a national final.) @@ВладиславШаклеин-ч7м You people really overreact to this sort of stuff. It's just a thing you can do to be respectful. like calling a doctor Dr. You don't have to do it. But the person in question would like if you did.
Do you want to know why part of the lyrics Bambie sings about Jewish I'm assuming you want the real answer instead of religious bias. The truth is Solomon was the biggest witch that ever existed, almost all magic from all religions some way link back to him. God actually gave Solomon permission to do witchcraft in Judaism (Talmud). God gave a ring to Solomon to control demons and speak to animals, one of those demons was Asmodeus. Solomon controlled and commanded Asmodeus help to build his temple. The truth is magic isn't necessarily evil or wrong, the Bible is full of contradictions in itself and in history. Despite mythology of it, magic might be and shouldn't be played with unless you are taking it very seriously and know exactly what you're doing. I think it is mostly misunderstood though. Prayer technically could be a form of magic, people do magic every day without realizing that they manifest their reality
I really liked Bambi Thug from the beginning, was a cool song. But her behaviour at the ESC has totally ruined my perception of her as an sincere artist. I really can't stand her now for all tha BS she showed.
@@Eva-mp7xg she absolutely did. As a person promoting peace and unity she was all about but yelling, screaming at people, having multiple breakdowns, crying...then she took her boy Nemo and crying more in the silent room. She has some serious issues with herself or can't handle the stress.. That's just hypocritical.. Not gonna even comment about her addressing war issues at the song contest, breaking the rules, creating havoc. Acting childish. Why she didn't just not show up if she was such anti-war hero? Then boycott by not showing up.
@@factoryofchaos5672 First, both Bambie and Nemo are going by the pronouns they/them, you could respect it. Secomd, having breakdowns doesn't mean they disrespected others, it's rather the opposite, they have been disrespected and didn't tolerate it well. And it's totally understandable, why should have they? This whole divide by sides of the Gaza war shouldn't have been present at the competition at all. Yes, talking about Israel and the divide they caused where ppl should have been United by music.

Avada Kedavra is a killing curse from Harry potter
No, no it's not. It's ancient Aramaic
@@Norrie_Rugger it is aramaic but it's also a killing curse from harry potter
@@Norrie_Rugger I've read the books multiple times
It means "let the thing be destroyed", JK just used already existing language for spells.
it was actually a healing spell.

Can you react to Ukraine? They’ve got 3rd place!
Yes, this is like "must have" reaction!
I loved the Ukrainian entry this year! ❤ Stunning vocals mixed with rap and such beautiful visuals. So powerful! It gave me goosebumps. I gave them some of my votes along with a few other favourites. There were SO many good songs this year! 🫶

Can you react to Ukraine? Please?
PLEASE UKRAINE REACTION 🙏🏻
CROATIE ! APSOLUTE WINNER !!!
this isn't about croatia
Well.. I prefer the originality then a Rammstein copycat. 😅
If you don't mind me saying City Of Sound isn't a great name for the band, how about a name like ke Hidden Agenda or Temperamental or something? Was they yer music after Bambie Thung? ..as good as it was, it was just too ambitious leaving nothing to the listener's imagination, am... how's about scaling it down a good bit? Please take this comment as constructive criticism Cheers 😊 Bambie Thug review was brilliant
just so you know bambie is nonbinary
For once, someone would've enjoyed a performance and no one came shoving this crap in one's face.
@@ВладиславШаклеин-ч7м You people really overreact to this sort of stuff.

Plz check Rona Nishliu -SUUS (Albania 2012) & Lindita- World (Albania 2017) 🤯🤯
I really liked Bambi Thug from the beginning, was a cool song. But her behaviour at the ESC has totally ruined my perception of her as an sincere artist. I really can't stand her now for all tha BS she showed.
What you talking bout willis
They didn't do anything that would disrespect anyone in the competition. Not agreeing to be recorded and published by KAN is nothing BS.
@@Eva-mp7xg Then you should respect me and my desicion of me using she or he pronouns. ESC is a competition same as any other and they should be professional and take it seriously. Not acting childish and yell at other people. Nemo was good but Bambi is a hot mess. She needs help for sure.
