    Decided to purchase a Zettle terminal, printer dock and cash drawer after watching your videos. Intended to upgrade to epos system and improve connectivity to WiFi.
    My experience...the black compact cash drawer isn't compatible with the printer dock. This crucial information was not made clear on their website. The terminal has been faulty from the day it arrived. Factory reset ineffective. Customer Support have been unsupportive. Guy hung up on me when I challenged Zettle expectation that I film myself using the terminal whilst running my business to provide proof of fault. After, providing proof Zettle have deflected my request for a refund by offering a replacement. Challenged Customer Support again concerning customer rights to a refund and how claim process is delaying my right to claim a refund within 30 days. Waiting for a response to those questions. Returns form has to be granted. Form stipulates returned items have to be 'unused'🤔
    Having been an iZettle customer since 2019, I am appalled by Support received and quality. Reverted back to original iZettle card reader (paid approx. £40) and mobile phone system, which is slower as phone camera sometimes misses to pick up barcodes, but by far the most reliable. Makes me wonder, are your reviews sponsored by Zettle?! Buyers beware!
