Thanks for watching, liking, and subscribing! Head to www.fixturegaming.com and use code switchcorner for $10 off any order over $20! Plus they have a sale already and this stacks on top so lovely stuff!
Sorry for bothering you like that, but I sent you an email regarding the code I won on the previous video, the less than $10 one, on Friday, but I haven't heard back from you. If you're just busy that's fine, but I just wanted to make sure I sent it to the right address so please let me know you at least received it...
Wanted to let you know The Last Faith finally has a patch for the Nintendo switch. Hoping you could do an updated patch video? Thanks! Love your content.
Nostalgia from watching 90s series helps TMNT Shredders Revenge edge out competition for best beat em up on Switch for me. The DLC is also discounted alongside the main game as well!
I am strongly contemplating grabbing Animal Well. The launch discount is a nice carrot and it seems like the kind of game you want to experience sooner rather than later.
Vengeful Guardian goes FULL 90'S with its cyborgs, ninjas and Gieger inspired world... And I'm ALL FOR IT! Looks like a gem, cheers for bringing it to my attention dude x
I just put Animal Well on my wishlist. It looks so good! Also, my Fixture is the perfect solution to be able to use my Pro Controller and still play in handheld mode. Love it!
SoR4 is definitely the better game. To be fair though it is kind of tough to compete. It has aspects that should be standard to modern beat em ups. But the amount of depth is unreal. I give it the term fighting game depth I also have to point out character qualitly. TMNT is mostly just a cast with different ranges and attack powet. SoR4 is very distinct with each of it's characters that makes you play the game very differently. TMNT is definitely more flashy. I also realize that people don't care for depth and want a kind of more mashy game featuring TMNT licence which is fine. But for the sake of discussion, TMNT makes me want to play, SoR4 makes me want to sink my teeth deep.
Thanks for putting these together! Can you recommend a set of platformer games that are good enough for adults to play, but not super bloody so kids can be in the room?
2D: Celeste, Slime-San, Super One More Jump, Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, Rayman Legends, Super Magbot, Ori and its sequel, Splasher, The Adventure Pals, Wunderling DX, Songbird Symphony, Jet Kave Adventures, Unravel Two, Super Chariot. 3D: New Super Lucky's Tale, Mario Odyssey, Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. A lot of those have a co-op mode if you wanted to include your children. There's a wide variety there and they may not all appeal to you, but there's probably at least a few in there that will satisfy you.
@@QuillpigGaming Celeste is a great platformer. It gets a strong recommendation from me and is pretty highly praised in general. You will die a lot, but since it immediately throws you back in for a other attempt deaths don't feel so bad. I never used them, but it also has accessibility options to make things easier if you need it. The movement feels good and it's amazing how much you learn playing the game from beginning to end. Plus there are difficult optional challenges if you want to push yourself even more. It got more enjoyable for me after I beat it, because that's when the challenge really ramped up.
Lots of beatem ups to choose from but the TMNT one is really good! I've been playing the last spell for a while on steam it is such a great rougelike tactical game. Def dont miss on this if you love strategy games.,
Ohhhh myyy!!!!!!!!! That *"FIXTURE"* ROXXXXX!!! can you actually connect any all systems via HDMI cord? If so I want three which is why I ask - will your channels deal on it work X's 3 separate x's?
Didn’t realise SoR4 was on Switch! More importantly HoMM which I’ve been pining for for years now!! You legend - just bought it now. Thanks for the heads up as always.
Actually, I don't think streets of rage 4 is worth the price UNLESS you get the DLC, that's how good it is!! Absolutely get the DLC if you want to spend more than 3-4 hours, which is all the base game has to offer. Great game.... But only with the DLC!
Grabbing ANIMAL WELL also; looks amazing. Just got a physical copy of ASTRONEER and am grabbing a digital copy too so my wife and I can play together on our own systems (wish there was an easier way to do this, but oh well).
I played through SoR4 a couple times, enough to unlock everything basically, and haven't touched it again. I keep Shredders Revenge handy, and I've beat that with every character and still go back. Both great games! Thanks for the review
Good stuff. just when i was asking myself if i could find some metroivania. Makes me wonder how no dev yet put a metroidvania×fps, basically metroid prime rip off.altho there are some doom-rogue-like.hmm. Is astrooner pure online?
Nothing here for me this week but I do own TMNT Shredders Revenge. I highly recommend this one. Great if you have kids and want to play something together also!!
Moonrider was a complete surprise for me. I mean, I expected it to be fun, but I honestly believe it's one of the best 2D games I've ever played, total 10/10 from me.
The Last Spell, how is that on the Switch in terms of frame rate... how well does it run at whatever frame rate? Great sale though! I think it's time I finally get Vengeful Guardian and Infernax.
I’ve had shredders revenge on my wishlist for a while. I know you mentioned it has online multiplayer. Is there online matchmaking as well or do I need friends? Animal well looks fantastic! Very high chance it’s ending up in my library
Some really great deals…but, I gotta highlight one of CyberConnect games, it’s one of their only self-published IP that are on sale, those are the “Fuga: Melodie’s of steel 1 & 2” Both games are priced at $24. And they are imo a hidden gem of an RPG, has an interesting quirky yet quite dark at times narrative not to mention can be challenging if you make mistakes on the games tough decision making.
@@dololi Definitely should pick it up, Fuga is one of 3 CyberConnect passion projects that they’ve been working on outside of doing all those anime styled fighting games. Something I’ve learned about the Fuga series and CyberConnect is this series takes place in a universe they created under the “little tail Bronx” series, the games that they made that are connected to this universe is “Tail Concerto” for the PlayStation and “Solatorobo: Red the Hunter” for the Nintendo DS. Do it, you won’t regret it
this is exactly where my head is at as well, but I need to finish off a game or two that I'm currently playing before starting another new game
Shoot! I want Animal Well now but i dont have enough money. Guess i'll buy it later.
I’m grabbing animal well. I have heard nothing but good things about it.

Animal well is great. I have seen that there’s just a bunch to unlock after credits
Infernax is an absolute gem

Animal Well looks crazy impressive for being made by one RUclips content creator turned game developer! Great work!!!!!! Day one pick up for sure 🥳
Like you, I’m really interested in Animal well, so will be looking out for your review. For now, I’ll keep on playing grave keeper x

Now I'm completely sold on FIXTURE, I need that SwitchCorner skin
Always loved playing side scrolling, beat em ups. Cant go wrong with TMNT & Streets of Rage.

I've heard really good things about Animal Well too so I will be really intrigued on your upcoming review.
Thanks for the vid
The Last Spell, how is that on the Switch in terms of frame rate... how well does it run at whatever frame rate?
Great sale though! I think it's time I finally get Vengeful Guardian and Infernax.
Nothing I want right now. Xbox one Gamepass has been scratching my impulse buying itch. I have too many switch games in my not started folder.
Infernax’s art style looks great! I love the darker design of everything. Another great video!
Thank you for the recommendations! Not getting anything this week but always love your videos!
Vengeful Guardian Moonrider is going to be my switchcorner inspired pickup this week.
The Last Spell looks cool but I'm not too familiar with the genre I'm too familiar with, so maybe at a deeper discount
I'll add my voice to the chorus of recommendations for Animal Well. Just a really beautiful looking and fun game!
That Fixture accessory looks FANTASTIC! Count me in for one
Animal Well looks so different from every game in my library... Think I'll cop this one!
While both TMNT and SoR4 are great, I have to give him the edge to SoR4. Infernax is also a great Castlevania homage!
I'll get to playing Lil Gator Game and A Highland Song someday. They both look lovely!!
I've played the last spell and it's quite challenging. I just wished it had less randomness to it. But it comes with the territory of roguelites
I've got the Fixture also. I love it, using it for portable is much better than using joy-cons.
Lil Gator Game is such a cute title. Great way to spend the weekend. Not too difficult for younger gamers to enjoy as well.
I would like to have all of those games, but I have to wait until the finances are good. Kind of difficult times right now.
Definitely gonna wishlist The last spell and might and magic these games look right up my alley I love the gameplay and artstyles of both games
Yoo. That Fixture thingy looks awesome. I want it. I need it in my life. 😋
TMNT: Shredder's Revenge has been on my radar for too long now; maybe it's time for me to give it a try.
Animal Well looks super exciting! I'm going to have to check it out.

TMNT Shredders Revenge has been on my wish list for a while now... Might be time to grab it
Fixture is nice but having the screen above the Pro controller gets tiring real fast compared to having Horis or other larger handsets attached.
Vengeful Guardian Moonrider and Infernax seem like my cup of tea.
i keep seeing this vengeful guardian and i think im going to finally get it🥞
Infernax looks like my cup of tea thanks for the recommendation!
The Fixture is a great accessory. The case is nice too. Never would have heard of it if not for this channel.
Ou! I've had my eye on the last spell for awhile. I hope it's not as hard as it looks though!
Animal Well looks very interesting. A new experience for sure.
Good week for beat em up fans, both Streets of Rage and TMNT are excelent
Animal Well is incredible, 10/10 for me and one of my games of the year.
Yall excited for remastered botw? I made a video about it on my channel ❤
5 hours in, and I think you’re gonna love Animal Well 🦊
I'm gonna get Astroneer because a sandbox sci fi game on the switch is needed.
Huh, i didn't know might and magic had online comment... Neat
TMNT!! This is a must-have, I can't wait to play this with my son
Played clash of heroes, many hours of great gameplay.
None for me this week but I have to say, a lot of the games on here are worth ❤ for the wishlist.
Awesome list indeed! My lady might like lil gator! 🤣
Streets of Rage 4 looks like a fun throwback
One of the best in the genre easily. I have 100s of hours in it.
It’s an amazing game. A bit hard until you get the hang of it but it’s awesome.
Astroneer looks like a fun game. I might have to look into that one a bit more.
Maybe it's time to pickup Streets of Rage! 😮
I'm happy Animal Well has been reviewing so well
Like many others here, Animal Well has my attention!
Keeping my eyes peeled for your review of Animal Well
Infernax is slept on. Really good game.
I’ve had shredders revenge on my wishlist for a while. I know you mentioned it has online multiplayer. Is there online matchmaking as well or do I need friends? Animal well looks fantastic! Very high chance it’s ending up in my library
You open and join public lobbies with random people
It's mostly dead now. So better to get friends together.
I'm gonna have to take a look at A Highland song
Nothing for me this week unfortunately
Appreciate what you do! Keep up the good work!
I need to get that Fixture setup for my Oled, tired of joycons. Does it work with the Oled? Doesn't say anything about it.
Their s2 is for the oled, it’s on sale for 39.99 on their site
Love the video! Keep up the great work!
Can you invert x and y camera in Astroneer??
Little Gator game is a really fun game! 😊
How is shredders revenge dlc? Worth it?
Man im on the fence for lil gator game a while now, maybe its my time to buy it!
Damn you backlog damn you 😄
I’ve been considering that one too. It looks so darn cute
Animal well is such a under rated game
Infernax will be a classic one day.
Animal Well preorders are live on LRG

Yo. What is this anime intro from?
Tmnt brings back memories!!
My wallet is safe this week
There are quite a few games here that I have not heard of before. Vengeful Guardian is one and it looks exactly like the kind of game I enjoy.
Hmm Astroneer on switch does sound like a good time.
Love the Turtles, and Shredder's Revenge not only looks good, it's fun too.
Temptation temptation...
You can't go wrong with teenage Mutant turtles, I love watching the shows as a kid
Fixture link?
Deals!! 🔥💰😁
nice sale :)
strong classic sega feels on moonrider
a highland song ❤
