What would have been interesting is seeing Brother and Dio actually have some interaction at all since they favor so heavily in their respective games, even if its just flashbacks.
22:44 really skips past the fucking crazy bad end where you assume Alice won't vote because she's under anesthetic, so you vote Ally, but then she shows up just to kill you with a betray vote. It's the best bad end of the game.

how they made the sequel to 999 more confusing then the original is beyond me the question I kept asking while playing through virtue's last reward for the first time was why is zero doing this didn't they accomplish everything everything in the first game
the first game purpose is to save akane in the past while making a smilar like situation but its junpei instead. while 2nd game its to save humanity and send "older" Sigma to the past. and actually its little complex because its like they trade a place, the consciousness. its will get explain more in the third game. but i feels like this video need the last epilog about kyle, while akane talking to him that Kyle consciousness is free from the rule of this world since they sucess send sigma to the past.
Stuff that happens in VLR and ZTD in 999 is just background to personal matters of Akane, while other games take bigger scope on everything that happens including 999 and experiment 9 years back. Also if you look of ZTD, it makes plot of VLR very trivial as it just one of radical outcomes of ZTD which could been avoided

I loved the story here but actually playing the game to completion was torture. The puzzles were good and every time I was finding out new information I was fully engrossed. But if I have to watch one more door opening animation or see one more dot moving through corridors on a map I'm going to snap. I had to stop after seeing only half the endings because I couldn't take the repetition any more. Thanks for the summary so I could see the rest without going insane!
Same here, I hate those dot moving sequences. The game would be much better if these time-wasting scenes didn't exist. The story and the puzzles are really good, after all.
I didn't find it as torturous as you did, but they were definitely the low points of the game. There are some points of the game where we teleport between rooms to keep the story moving, yet we can't do this all the time? Instead of a slow dot, maybe the game can draw a quick line to the destination or something. Sometimes it takes almost a minute to get somewhere.
I honestly couldn't get over the awful new CG models. The designs were cool, but the models only made me wish for drawn sprites more. What's worse is that they don't even make full use of the 3d models, like making it easier to animated critical moments. The only animation we get are repeated to hell and beyond and aren't even detailed enough to aport anything that the texts don't. Also, was I the only one to have played it muted like in the original DS? The voices wouldn't click for some reason.
SAME, I couldn't play the second and third game because of this. It's really awful because I really wanted to play them after 999 but it was imposibble for me with the horrible 3d and the voice animation. If the games had continued with the old type of design I would have played them.

This is a great game and this video is a great way to relive the story. But for those of you that haven't played it, do yourself a favour and avoid watching this until you do. The game took 50 hours to complete and it's only when you've had time to ponder things that you really appreciate the plot twists.

Realizing you were Sigma from the future and all fucked up in the second. SPOILERS*** * * * * * * * * * * * * And realizing you’re playing from Delta’s POV in the third when the whole ass cast turns to you and asks you to say something and Delta just rolls in from our POV. Biiitch, this series director is brilliant and the writers deserve high praise as well

I really liked VLR, but holy hell i do prefer 999 over it, no offense VLR is a cool game with cool twists, puzzles and characters but there are few things that either were hard to get me used with or i just plain disliked Let's start with characters, overall i really liked the personality of both 999 and VLR, 999 had the perfect cast til start to end. Only lotus was a little of an ass but still logical/reasonable at the same time. VLR is almost perfect, phi sometimes is an asshole and quark can be a little annoying and alice is just like lotus, even in design both are identical But these are just minor issues that i got used with, My real issue with VLR is...WHAT THE HELL THEY DID WITH CLOVER? Bro you have no idea how much i hate her design in VLR compared to 999. She looks like a cavewoman with the face of an alien. Now about puzzles, in 999 most of the puzzles were challenging but fun and only super hard near the end. They were perfect aswell In VLR is a mixed bag of it either being fun, way too easy or super ultra hard. Looking at you dice and darts puzzles. I hated you both. I must say, at first i was very dissapointed about the characters having 3D models (don't blame me, i felt in love with the game's cover showing each character drawn). 999 really had charming visuals and they fit with the scenes pretty well (especially since i played on Xbox and it didn't had pixeled style) and oh boy If some of the VLR animations feels cheap Speaking of animations, why can't we Skip the opening doors and map/corridors animations? They. Are. So. Damn. Repetitive. And. Long. I was also about to complain about the lack of Sigma voice act since in 999 junpei had a (sexy) voice but then it shows they needed to mute his voice because of a plot twist, so that's reasonable And not gonna lie guys, i finished the game 100% and didn't fully understood some of the events, 999 was pretty clear about how the game events worked but in VLR? Man the time travelling explaination really destroyed me
Everyone was infected with Radical-6 and suicided. That's why the image seems blurry when he enters the room and PHI spaces out for a minute before that event.

Well, I wonder about the Endgame. I know the Story of 999, Zero Time Dilemma and Zero Escape now, though those are different timelines. This one follows a different line than the one we were left with in the previous Game. Although I am not a 100% sure if thins is not a prequel to Zero Time since Phi and Sigma are so young.

god damnit i have to study to get my degree , i was having so much fun with this game but if i didnt end it by 31/12/2019 i would have just deleted it and start to hit the books the day after , i didnt make it in time , i was the only zero game i didnt finish at 100%. I forgot about that rabbit. After playing nonary games, coming to this annoying ass rabbit over and over again felt trustrating and was making me dislike the game. Fortunately later the story becomes too good to matter. This one was the best game hands down out of the trillogy no contest.

first game goal is to save Akane while VLR and ZTD goal is to save the world from going to wasteland.
it's not really confusing, complex, sure, but if you pay attention you should understand most by the end of the game

Also, when Alice is found dead with June it's because of Radical-6 too. In Temioujy's ending, June is not with Alice, so Alice kills herself alone

you cant get tenmyouiji ending before playing quark route, also you don't see any premonitions in the AB game after clearing the lounge
You can get the Tenmyouji ending before Quark's. It was my first ending. You need to do Sigma's before Quark's though.

I forgot about that rabbit. After playing nonary games, coming to this annoying ass rabbit over and over again felt trustrating and was making me dislike the game. Fortunately later the story becomes too good to matter. This one was the best game hands down out of the trillogy no contest.
