No dry strokes were performed in this cleaning...this is exactly on how NOT to clean carpets.

Hi Wanda Burgess, this is just water over spray. when the carpets start to dry they will go.

Someone should of had those baseboards washed before the carpet cleaning!*EWE*
this carpet was scrubed before and brought alot of dirt to the top , the carpet did not look as bad as it did prior to this step .
Hi there, appreciate your comment, there was no pre-scrubbing, although we did pre-spray the carpets as standard.
