Hey Matt, When you were looking at the plush, I think there was a large pokemon squirtle plush on the top shelf. If it was a vintage one it could have been a major score. It may even be worth swinging back by there to pick that one up, if it's still there.
Nice finds Matt! Went there when I was on vacation and noticed how high the prices were compared to Savers and Hope Thrift Willow Glenn in the San Jose area.
They make three ring binder notebook paper for the small three ring binder you found. You can find it anywhere they sell binder paper. Office Depot etc✌🏼
I was yelling at you thru the screen 🤣🤣 Matt: let me know if I missed anything! Me: (screaming) yes!!! The huge Squirtle! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 and the Mario mushroom plush.
AWW YEAH!!! The return to Eco-Thrift vid has arrived! I've been anticipating this vid, haha! You didn't find a ton of stuff but the stuff you did find were pretty bangin'! Sucks they jacked up their prices... always happens to every honey hole, eventually. Thanks for making this vid, Matt! Also, the top shelf of plushies had a pretty big Squirtle. Depending on the brand and age (they don't always have to be old) larger Pokemon plushies can get some crazy bank.
Happy to see you back at Eco Thrift. It's a shame about the prices, but you still scored great. Did you see the strange Power Puff Girls a little further down the shelf from the dancing skeleton? I have seen anything like them before. Trapper Keepers are a good BOLO. Second time in two day I've heard of a thrift store doing something sketchy (not meant to be a pun), because that sign clearly said sneakers. It never mentioned brand.
Great video, great video, I love seeing all the Old stomping grounds! These videos bring me back to why I started watching picking videos. Love it love it love it! I look forward to seeing more!
That black little dog you said you dont know is a Pokémon. The name of this Pokémon is Zorua. The other one that is a blue turtle like thing is names Squirtle from the FireRed/GreenLeaf Pokémon games.
Just a heads up when you found that dancing skeleton guy around the 2 minute mark those Powerpuff Girl stuff are probably worth picking up thst cartoons sells almost immediately for me
Clean the insides of the mask with a semi damp sponge on a 10:1 gentle detergent like water/lysol, then when you're done dry them well and gently apply a small amount of baby powder inside with a shave brush to prevent the latex or vinyl from any excessive dry rot.
The mario bee mushroom plush. Probably from 2007. The mario bee plush goes for 100+ so I'm assuming the mushroom would be good. No active or sold comps.
@@PartTimePickersI've been doing this for well over a decade, and I still learn about from watching your vids. You've made me a lot of money the past few years. So thank you Matt!
So I am confused at the end is he showing what sold on his ebay account or what others showed. I am asking because there is times when he buys one item but shows a screen shot of three ebay listings and the listings dont show a name so you cant tell if it is really his
Hey Matt just wanted to let you know you have a doppelganger out there. His name is Tyler Gilbert pitcher for Arizona Diamondbacks. Well a younger version of you man.
All good things come to an end. If a thrift has good prices, eventually they will creep up. Sounds like Ecothrift was a fairly dramatic shift in a short amount of time.
Nice picks Matt! I get it, with their increased pricing we pickers have to be more picky about sourcing. Thrift store prices may go up but the value of the item doesn't on eBay. Nike shoes like that really need to be in mint condition to get those prices. Flaws and no box significantly reduced the value. BUT for $15 it's still worth if even $60-$75.
Brilliant communication via recorded video & in real time DM's via video's post. Your prob. tired of hearing it . . . but if ya ever did a quiet solo live on YT, it would not only enliven or strengthen your long time & new Folowers .. But a quick, 30 minute chat to say hello & ask questions yourself with the Live chat could be a rare cool opportunity to appreciate the warmth. Just get at least a couple moderators ... The word vintage literally means "of age." With such an open meaning, there are many interpretations. Most antique dealers consider an item to be vintage if it is at least 40 years old. So, in the context of this blog date, a vintage item would be made between 1918 and 1978. ... Among them, the word "retro."
The Goodwill I go to marks the shoes with marker on bottoms and just about anything else they can write on. It’s hard to resell with marker on them. Great Video
oh no you missed the power puff girls by the toys! Pokemon plush are always worth it, except maybe the carnival squirtle you also didnt pick up. They can be lotted for $60-$100 for a few of them.
Halloween masks are awesome I’ve sold a Burger King king mask for $80 before lol and I’m sitting on venom and carnage masks with tongues waiting for the movie to get max potential
Only if I had picked up that Mickey it was 50 cents at a yard sale and i passed and I saw the Disney store plush at a goodwill and passed on it to rookie mistakes learning from the best tho

Another great score at the thrift store. Good job Matt.

How do you ship golf clubs?
The Lisa Frank stuff still amazes me. You caught Eco Thrift slippin.

Another great video, Matt. My heart always does a hip hop when you find shoes to flip for an awesome profit.
"Vintage 2000, Don Post Studios".... Ouch, that hurts my soul. It feels like just yesterday.

What do you do when you find a pair of Jordan’s and there is 2 comps 120-49 . I bought for 5 but what would you list for ?
The squirtle pokemon plush on top shelf?
Hey Matt - great video.. question- do you still work a full time job outside the home? I thought you still were.... (wasnt sure) thanks!!

@@PartTimePickers You bet. I've got a LOT of masks at home, it's important. Nice finds!

At the 3:05 point in your video, you just came up with your next shirt slogan "I'm not scared to pick up some plush". Just an idea 😉
Haha that’s awesome
Matt and his magic picking fingers!! 🔥
Haha. Thanks for watching!
You found some Garnett’s?!?! Wow…
How much do you want for the blue/white Nike from the second thrift store?
I’ll probably ask $175. But I’d let them go for $100
U missed the Pokémon squrrdal.. he's one of the favorites
Omg I just bought the same one / the Gemmy dancing skull today for $9.99 Canadian 😂 and it works! Mine too lol
Awesome! Isn’t it cool?
Scrolled right by my sold listing on the Gemmy.
Sweet!
Still curious if you sold that Ice Cube t shirt you found a while back!
I auctioned it off on Instagram a while back. Can’t remember the exact amount, but I think it went for $400
That's a zorua plush, they go for around $25-35, anything pokemon sells tho:)
@@KevinDurantisnot still worth picking up if it's $2 or less. $2 into $15...shoot I'll take that all day.
Do you ever buy from Marshall’s/Tj Max after Halloween all prices are marked down! The masks are pretty good vintage! 😎👌🌟✋🏻

I noticed the same thing
Sounds like that became aware of how and what you were doing and decided to raise prices.
@@margarettewest254 they are smart they were giving stuff away they raised prices as they should
That’s for sure I used to get $1 items at Salvation Army because I knew the manager but he got fired 😭 no more deals all good things come to an end

Those power puff girls toys looked interesting at 2:04
I actually looked them up in between. They were coin banks. The sold comps didn’t look great. Thanks for watching!
The return to ecothrift we've been waiting for.lol
Also I think at 4:02 there was a Squirtle on the top shelf. Good finds with the Shaymin and Zorua!
