I went to a friend's house this afternoon and on the way I saw a sign estate sale 9 a.m. to 2 PM. It was 10 minutes of 2 so I decided to stop by. There wasn't much there except for a bottle of Chanel No. 22 that was full. I bought it for $10. Thanks again Matt. Another virtual hug

Hearing you are the first to a sale is one of the best feelings. I was first to a sale out in the country today. Got a Sega Game gear with 12 games, 4 gameboy games in the box, a bunch of new in box power rangers and DC figures, a Breyer holiday horse new in box, an old kite, and some 1980s stuffed animals. All for $105.

Find a lot of what you and Kayla pick up to look at, intriguing-like, “Why are they interested in that?” but realize I’m not the expert here. So, it’s very fun going along on your garage sale rides. Always fun seeing what people have in their stash of stuff.

At the sale where you were the first one there, you passed a set of Foley measuring cups. If you find a complete set of the cups paired with the spoons, the high sold comp runs around $45.

By far the best channel to watch to learn something about anything. You are The eclectic picker. I try to do this now. Usually I have to go around a few times and change my "eyes" each time. Try to see everything and really ask, why am I going to pass on this?
Drat! 8:54, stack of food trays. I use the Tupperware ones to separate jewelry projects, then stack them up for later, when I can make time around my Art job!

Hey Matt! As always you have great content. I watch literally every new vid. Anyways, I think its great how you get water or a drink from the kids selling at yard sales. I'm the biggest SUCKER for these. I usually waste a couple dollars every week on the kiddos. I think it's great that parents enjoy having their kids be apart of the sales.

Hey man I bought some Jean Nate perfume bath powder for $1 sold for $23.50! Also just picked up a Sony DVD recorder and a Panasonic VCR with a bunch of DVDs and VHS tapes for $30 I remember you saying to grab those for sure. Thank for the great video.

while i kind of agree with this, in my personal experience they almost seem less offended to take the offer since your assumption that they wont take it kinda softens the blow i guess?

Can work, as some people are so uncomfortable when in these situations it can take out what some would call the sting 👍🏼
