Totally. I ended up getting a 1990.5 Performer in magenta back then but it wasn’t the same. Currently restoring a dayglo pink pro performer, dayglo yellow pro freestyle, lavender performer, and indigo purple vertigo.
I 100% agree and thank you. What’s cool is that he’ll be able to follow the bike everywhere I go. I plan on shooting another video this weekend at a show in Orlando. And yes, the bike will stay 100% survivor and will be treated like royalty! 💯👑
They are simply the prettiest bikes ever made, love all generations of GT BMX but there’s something very special about the second half of the 80s, thanks for sharing your bikes it’s a pleasure to see them and I bet a dream to own them ❤
11:39 those are the Dia Compe 880's, funny I had the all white PP with Nippon's on the front bubble logo fork standers and no pads here in Canada. Great find the rest of the bike was the same, I really enjoyed my PP.
I have the 87 catalog and owners manual. Is there a high quality scan of the warranty card out there I can get? If not can I connect with you to get a scan?
