    Have this same one. Haven't used it yet but I'm sure it's as good as all my other Makita tools. I was sold early on Makita since that is the tool or choice at tool rental places. There is a reason why they use this brand.

    Do you know what the maximum length of router bit is for the plunge base. I have a bit and bits router bit and it seems to not go far enough up and pokes through the bottom so I can’t start my cut in the middle of the wood instead of the outside. Thanks

    What is the red disk for?

    I have the corded version of this router and really enjoy it. You mentioned using this router with the LR32 system. I'm assuming with some type of adapter to mate the router with the Festool guide plate. Do you have more details on the adapter and the company who makes it? Keep the content coming. I find it really useful!

      A Company called Tool Curve makes a 3D Printed LR32 plate for several routers that works with the Festool brand track

      What happened with this review. You said you buy this router for the attachments in your opening then go over each attachment and most of them are “just mediocre”. So which one is it? 🤷🏻‍♂️
