Hi there thanks so much for watching! The cm 5418 I think is a 51mm it’s a cool machine big fan of casabrews! With this grinder one of the portafilter holders can fit a 51mm to 54mm and the other bigger one fits a 58. I have the casabrews 4700. I have also been using my dosing cups and they fit as well.
I have a huge problem with consistency with this grinder after purchasing at your recommendation. Drip has way too many fines and my espresso grinds come out different every time. Any suggestions? Should try and tighten the grinder down till I get chirp and then back off?
Are you doing the single dose technique? And RDT? I push the bellows down well it’s grinding and some times I get the motor running as I drop the beans in.
@@garritwinans7774I have been real happy with my results, but I wish I had more money or I would buy a DF54. The hard thing is every thing sub $100 is mixed bag. I love my Timemore c3 pro the most but it’s a manual grinder. Trust me I wish I had a bigger budget. I would spend the extra money if I could but I am on a tight budget.

Hi, you say the included 53 mm cradle will fit a 51 mm portafilter? I have the Casabrews CM 5418.
