    Bronco Sport diagonal test note:
You will be able to get traction in the Normal G.O.A.T mode! It will just slip a little more. But when you switch it to Rock Crawl mode, you can see that this Bronco can deliver outstanding traction and make a joke of our diagonal test hill! Even in the snow, this Bronco is unstoppable. This is the most impressive result we have seen so far! Good job Ford!

Wow, it looks like the lifted wheel is really locked in synch with the other side, like with a locker. Is it managed via the brakes or is it a locking diff?
And the sound of tires grabing on the rocky surface is music…

I just saw your other vid, so it effectively has a locking rear diff (w/clutch pack), good stuff! Great tests too.

The bronco sport 2021 just earned Top Safety Pick+ award from IIHS. The best possible rating. I will buy the badlands in orange cyber. The bronco sport is the best off road small suv. The rav4 didn’t get the + IIHS rating. The bronco sport apparently excelled in every crash test even the most difficult small-overlap test which mimics an impact with a stationary barrier in the headlight area of a vehicle. ´The headlight system offered on all trims earned a Good rating (the best rating possible) while both the standard and optional crash prevention systems outperformed in IIHS evaluations’

Not too shabby. It’s main competition as far as ability, size and function is the Cherokee trailhawk. The Trailhawk has a mechanical locker, actual 4wd low and can tow around 5000 lbs with the v6. All the angles and ground clearance are basically the same.

Cherokee trailhawk is up there with this. Maybe a little better. It has a mechanical rear locker, 48.3:1 4wd low and can tow twice as much as the Bronco sport. All the angles and ground clearance are basically the same. I’m somewhat of a trailhawk fan boy since I have one. 😂 I’ve never got stuck in it and have taken it through some rough shit.
