A couple years after getting married I got too comfortable. Got fat, tired, bad teeth, hair and dressed super frumpy. With help from guys like you and a great kinesiology prof I started working out at 29 (first time ever) threw out my entire wardrobe and as a result of getting in shape, my hair, skin, mind everything got upgraded. I looked better at 33 than I did in my early 20s! Thank you all!
