- Join me on my journey as I take on a new challenge in my poker vlog - the $5,000 bankroll challenge! My goal is to profit $5,000 in one month or 125 hours of gameplay, and I'm excited to share the highs and lows of my journey with you. In this $5k Bankroll Challenge, I will be playing low-stake games such as $1-$2 and $1-$3 cash games, as well as $100-$300 tournaments. I will post every single session, whether I win or lose! That way, you will see the real results of my journey and it will also help me to better understand my skill level. I will also be playing at various locations to keep things interesting and challenging for me.
I also want to give a HUGE thank you to all my new subscribers! Today, on May 11th, 2023 (the day of scheduling this video), I received my 70th subscriber and the total number of views on the channel to 4,149. With only 8 videos published so far to achieve this, I think that's a great start!
Thank you all for watching, and please let me know in the comments if there is anything you think I should improve for the channel or just my poker game in general!
Great to see you back in there. You can definitely hit your target.
I'll be cheering for you.
If you get feeling tilted just take a break a go for a walk. Stay clear minded.
Thank you my friend 🙏🏽 I’m glad to have a supporter like you in my corner! You’re right about the tilted part. I will do my best to stay clear minded! So far so good.
@PokerFortune That's great bro!
Have some fun out there ✌️
Easy money ma boi, let’s keep it going 🤑
Ma boy!!! Letsss goooo 🤑
$104 in 5 hrs with those cards is a major let down
Gotta jump to the 1/3 game for this challenge, money gets thrown around hella
Yea I actually did $1-$3 and the video will be posted soon
A little bitta more money lol lol 5 hrs100 bucks 🤦🏾♂️ wait a minute 🧐at least you didn’t lose 100 lol good session 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
2:34 why did you call the river a blank LOL front door flush got there which is what I put the short stack on lol
Yea I was rushing the voice over and made a mistake 😂 it’s definitely not a blank and I didn’t realize I made the mistake until after I uploaded it.
You had fullhouse, and he said you win. Shouldve shown cause it would be hard to lose that hand. Etiquette. Once he says you win. He should have nothing.
Uhh yup.
House rules are he needs to show first and if he doesn’t want to show he can muck but he didn’t want to muck so he needs to show first.
@@PokerFortune Yes, that is the rule just about anywhere you play. This player is clearly a "producer" and as a player feeding on these players allowing them to save face by simply turning over the near nuts will go far for you as a liked winning player.
@@zeekus2222 I never looked at it that way but what you say makes sense. Thank you for your advice!
What @zeek said
you should update pot sizes during hands and bet sizes.
Is there a reason that you identify the suits as singular as opposed to plural?
No reason at all my friend
$11 raised pre flop. The way the table was playing- easy call with 45❤.
That’s the very bottom of anyone’s range and he only had like $130 or so. He shouldn’t be playing with 9% of his stack with 4-5 suited.
Doesn't necessarily mean the bet is wrong though. Yes it sucks when you run into 45s, but there's an awful lot of other hands that could have got that far that either go away to the bet, or call and lose. Having mathed it out, but doesn't seem unreasonable the bet is EV+
“With that being said “
😂😂😂😂
👍🏾 Nice.. Just Sub'd
Thanks! I'm glad you like it!
How much was your bank to start?
I only used $200 to start with. I haven’t went in the negative yet.
Where is this poker spot at? My American Legion full of sharks. Don’t walk in with less than $1000 or your “all in” will not be respected 😂
If one player is all in before the river, both players should show their hands. No one has to show first at showdown bc both hands should already be face up.
That’s tournament rules not cash game rules
It's tda rules, but on the cash game u can ask your opponent to showdown his cards.
Your stack disappears in between hands
Come play at hard rock cincinnati
I actually played there plenty of times and I’m sure I’ll be back again!
Savage! 😂 Forcing that poor guy with 33 to show when you obviously have the best hand.
😂😂😂😂
No tip for the dealer? Support the poker circle of life brother based on your southern country accent I'm guessing state hourly wage isn't high don't be cheap throw the dealers $1
I'm not cheap at all my friend. I’m not allowed to directly tip the dealers at this specific location. This is a non profit organization and they don’t allow it because it’s illegal.
Also I never realized I had a southern country accent 😂
@@PokerFortune ok makes sense I'm from LA so many asshole players at $2-$5 don't tip nothing it's kinda sick
@@PokerFortune yeah low key you do don't trip tho that shit swaggy
Hahaha right on my man! By the way It’s a Indianapolis accent lol
