Hi ZZ, That is so awesome to hear! We are so glad that you got some relief.🙌 Just in case you're interested we do have a neck pain help playlist you might find helpful. You can access it here: “Neck Pain Help” ruclips.net/p/PLJVIPiFvv1mZRNE4rwpxvE_tM1na_9kAm Start with one or two exercises, beginning with the smallest range of motion and the lowest intensity. As you feel stronger, you can gradually increase both the range of motion and intensity. It’s best to do these exercises every day throughout the day. Aim to tire out the muscle without losing form or control. Consistency is key. Always avoid working through pain; soreness and mild discomfort are normal, but pain is not. We'd love to hear how you are doing as you progress.🙌 Please take care!
Hey Elizabeth I. Yap Imperial!!! Great question! There are MANY causes for neck pain...arthritis, stenosis, pinched nerves, muscle strains, 1st and 2nd rib problems..those are the most common problems. Many can improve naturally if they are treated properly and are not too far gone. Check out this playlist to learn more: "Neck Help Videos" ruclips.net/p/PLJVIPiFvv1mZRNE4rwpxvE_tM1na_9kAm

What causes neck pain? Is there arthritis of the neck? What is stenosis of the artery of the neck? Can this be cured?
