    Special screws is driven by 7/64 inch hex Allen wrench. There are two, and at 3:48 it looked like he left the left most screw untightened!

      you need a T-15 Torx screwdriver not a Philips or allen

    Good video.. My motor was still running but a gear was stripped.. So no go. $25. Later she's good again.. Thanks!!

    Those ants are a huge problem for this style timer when it is cold they burrow behind in the motor and short them out . I see that problem all the time as a pool service technician very important to seal the box as best as you can.

    Good video very helpful. My clock motor had a stripped gear. At Lowes they want $54.98 + 7% sales tax for a new "tray"

    So the actual timer grounds itself on the board and the two wires that come out are are power cables
