How to Take Apart An Xbox One Controller - Fixing Joystick Drift

Xbox One Controller had a joystick drifting problem so I'm taking it apart to fix it. Also how to break open safety screws.

Thank you so much for the tutorial. I started to have stick drift on my new controller -had to cut my ties loose and get a new one- And ended up getting new sticks to replace the older ones with. Following what you were doing, I fixed my problem!
