Thanks, Cory. I just really wanted to provide information. I’m hoping to actually demonstrated at some point. I wish it arrived during the fall. I had so many leaves.
bro this blower is so freaking cool, it looks so high quality, I wonder if they will make a backpack blower with even more power, this thing is so sweet
There is both a residential backpack link and a commercial. The harness on the commercial is removable unlike the residential model. Other than that I don’t know if there are any other differences.
The "sqeach" is because you have the choke nozzle on. I own the 1300m³/hr (largest before they realised the new ones), and that nozzle absolutely kills it. You might get more air speed, but the volume is far lower. I run them without any nozzle on the end for best results.
As a commercial business owner I'm intrigued by this. However, I'm fully vested in the echo x 56v tools for my business. With that kind of potential power I may give this a go and just buy some cheap knock off batteries for it to give ego a try. Not sure if it would be more efficient considering you would absolutely be using the top handle after a bit due to the weight and power of the thing. I would imagine one handed operation would be taxing after a couple minutes. I would feel like I'm carrying a mini gun from fallout 4 around but then again that's kinda why I like it. 😂 Ego backpack blowers are way too heavy for my liking when using higher ah batteries. And pros have mixed reviews about durability as well. This unit could fill a need for alot of pros though.
The bare tool is $299 and single battery backpack is $199, so $400. The Dual battery backpack blower the 8000, has similar specs, mph and Newtons and costs the same as a bare tool. The warranty if used for home use is 5 yrs.
I was thinking of upgrading to the 880 (have the 530) but I may just go for the max. I like the handle. If I'm reading it right...the tool only 880 is 269.
Crap run time, unfortunately, even with a 12ah battery. I'm intrigued nonetheless 😂 I have an Echo PB 9010T backpack blower that I use for large lawn and leaves.
We run the LB7654E for work. We just run 5x 5Ah batteries. We also have 2x HT6500Es that share those batteries. On the odd day, we may have to charge a few batteries.
It's great they keep improving and innovating👍I wish they would have a trade-in/trade-up program😊
There is one, it’s called Facebook Marketplace. Ego doesn’t want your used tools back.
@@Frank2023_-_- they do here is Australia. It's bugger all but it's something
Newton force is the gold standard term to communicate blower force it's good to see more companies use it.
The sum of speed and volume displaced. I think all 3 metrics should be shown, not just 1 or 2.
Very informative review Tech! Looking forward to spring and you giving it a full workout!
Regards, Lindsay 🔋
Thanks for explaining commercial vs non. I always wondered the difference
That’s good demonstration you did well
Thanks, Cory. I just really wanted to provide information. I’m hoping to actually demonstrated at some point. I wish it arrived during the fall. I had so many leaves.
I will buy it as my snowblower!
Love it 😎

Technology just keeps getting cooler
There is a backpack blower with a bit more power
LBPX1100 is the newest commercial backpack blower coming.
@@Alexandercosta-wh8jv the backpack blower will be out in March or April pushing 1100CFM.
Car Detailing heaven :D
Which blower do you use now?
@@TechMadeEzy EGO 5800
Definitely upgrade, the 880 is coming out soon and of course this crazy 1000
@@TechMadeEzy I need to watch your entire movie - because I'm at work now - but this one "commercial" 1000CFM will not be for sale?
Wow you got yours before me. Mine will be here tomorrow!! This thing has as much CFM as my gas backpack blower !
Crazy power for sure
Let me know what you think when you get yours
So lucky
Hopefully the on paper specs are accurate. Ego tends to inflate their numbers a bit.
@jronmanlawn in tests they actually produced more newtons using the 765 cfm blower with a 10ah battery than advertised.
There is both a residential backpack link and a commercial. The harness on the commercial is removable unlike the residential model. Other than that I don’t know if there are any other differences.
please hurry!
can't wait more!!! 😊😊
and do you have any idea about 880cfm 200mph vs 1000cfm 185mph?
Not yet
It would be nice to have that front grab handle for the 765

One thing about the comercial grade I hate is I can never find them for sale anywhere like amazon or lowes
We're do you buy this blower you have all the ego blower links but this one ?
Hi michael Coming out soon
@TechMadeEzy Thank youn
Thanks for watching
Looks like a weapon from video games or anime!
I like two handles idea.
It does
Happy holidays

What is the weight difference on the bare tool? It looks a lot wider!
It weighs just over 7 pounds. I have all the specs in the video too.
@@TechMadeEzy is it 765cfm 4.6 lbs vs 1000cfm 7.3 lbs? it is more than 50% weight increase!
Yes you are correct

sorry to say commercial only has a 2yr warranty no matter what. you can contact ego to confirm if that helps
Almost as powerful as gas nice. Time to clean some snow and jobsites! Gravel on concrete etc!

Hi yes hopefully prices don’t go up anymore
Skin only is $649AUD over here ($404USD)
just to let u guys no it only goes half power with my 2.5ah battery

Uh oh, my wife is going to kill me... (2 EGO blowers plus Ryobi Whisper currently).
Tell her you love her before you tell her anything
i bit the bullet and brought one
Now you will have one of the most powerful blowers, enjoy
FFS it’s not NEW TON. It’s NEW Tun
Yeah that was… weird. He does end up saying it right towards the end - which is almost weirder.
lol sorry guys i seriously never used that word and didn’t know it was a specifications 😂
765 FORCE 26 NEWTONS
EGO LBX1000 FORCE 32 NEWTONS
LBPX1100 BACKPACK FORCE 36 NEWTONS
The real test is how fast will those newtons push you on a bicycle.. ..?
Depends on how much you and that bike weigh.
