I did it, just exactly as you say at the first sign of hair loss, I shaved everything off. Now I'm letting them grow again and find that it actually isn't as bad as I thought. So I'm really allowed to say, you are 100% RIGHT. The problem is, I don't believe that if I had watched this before shaving it would have stopped me somehow... I don't know why but sometimes people just need to face things on their own. Maybe a "show, don't tell" thing could be better.
ErnestoStaccolanana I got an advice for you, stop using shampoos and conditioners on your hair, jst wash it with water, if you're the type that the hair will smell a bit bad if no soap used then look for natural alternatives! It's been 2 weeks for me nw since i last used shampoo and it's much better, honestly my hair feels softer and more natural, in a year or 2 you'll see big changes.
Thank you for the advice, I know it's a very good one. Through time I've understood that hair loss is caused by many factors, some of them are more influential than others in a way that varies a lot from person to person and also for the same person in different periods of time, it's never about a single thing and can be quite complicated... but yes, hair products may stress the scalp very much. The problem is, I did try to stop using shampoos, but my hair is of the type that becomes EXTREMELY AWFUL the very next day, and at that point bare water just makes it even worse, it's not just a smelling problem, I know it's also the scalp reacting to frequent shampoos and it should get better within 1-2 weeks, but I can't wait so long unless I hide from other people, so it's not really that simple for everybody... also the very type of water in your zone can make a huge difference. Now I just use a tiny amount of a delicate shampoo each morning without any conditioning and it seems I'm fine.
Chilled B3ST it's too early to say... it may probably be just stress and lack of nutrients... if you think it's not a passong phase, go to a physichan. Remember, you're not alone
ErnestoStaccolanana try I've been using MJAYALTA'S hair growth stimulator, it's been helping me a lot. You can find it at www.etsy.com/shop/MjayAltaHerbs
In my 90 days hair growth journey, I did yoga and exercises, massaged my scalp with oil three times a week, shampooed once a week, and applied llitllextra Reactivate serum. The outcome, my hair grew longer without any hair fall.
hi there! I’ve been trying a combination of cooonnion oil of litttelextra along with the reaactivate serum. it’s been about eight weeks, and I’m noticing thicker hair all over head
Cleanse hair with lukewarm water, Wear a satin or silk scarf while sleeping, Wash hair with diluted acv for shine, Use liittlleextra cocoonnnion shampoo and lightweight hair oil. These methods helped for my mother, and she reduced her hair fall with this routine.
Began using cocooonioon shampoo and the reactiivate serum recently. Maybe it’s just me, but my hair feels a bit thicker and appears better overall. Let’s see how it goes in the long run.
Reasons of why so many guys are afraid of balding: 1: it ruins their looks 2: it decreses or kills their dating life 3: it ages them 4: it lowers their cofidence 5: people often makes fun of them
I've been slowly losing my hair for the last 20 years. Tried many different things with little results. I think some things slowed it down but nothing was bringing it back. But I was able to keep it short on the sides and a little longer on top with a comb forward and sometimes people said they didn't even know I was balding. But it has made me self conscious about it all this time. A couple years ago I met a wonderful young woman and we started getting to know each other very slowly. I always wore a hat around her, or when I didn't, my hair looked like it was full because of the comb forward. Eventually I showed her the truth and told her what I've been dealing with and she didn't care. Now she's encouraging me to shave it all off, and she says she thinks I will look great! I have doubts about that. I don't know if I have a good looking scalp. I guess we'll see soon, because it's getting to the point where it doesn't look so great anymore, and I'm tired of thinking about it. My point is, don't let it define you. When it gets to the point where you have to wear hats all the time or are self-conscious about it, that's no way to live. Be yourself and improve yourself in all the other ways that you can. Keep yourself in good shape, eat a healthy diet, workout, expand your mind. Be a good person. It's true that it really sucks to lose your hair, but there are so many things that are worse in this world and ultimately it's one little thing that you're not alone in dealing with. I got lucky and fell in love with a beautiful young woman who loves me for who I am. The same can happen to anyone. I'm taking better care of my beard now too, and my girlfriend loves it! Rock the bald and beard look. Embrace life with what you've got.
I'm dealing with hair loss and i'm just 24, about to complete 25. I've got a different thought about it, I've chosen to accept this as a normal part of my life. But at the same time, i've decided to improve myself in different ways, by: Taking care of my body (working out), eating healthy food, studying english by myself every day (brazilian guy), reading philisophy, increasing my creative process in music by reading more and more so i can open my mind and expand my horizons, by getting art overall...anyway. Losing hair hurts sometimes, it will always be hard, i do NOT deny it, but i think the best way to deal with this problem in particular is by focusing in other billions important things in our lives. Once you allow yourself to open your mind to important things, THIS porblem becomes smaller and smaller, and so on...
@@19pablo84cambridge i honestly think that the best solution is a good hair transplant, because the medications like minoxidil you have to use it your entire life and it’s not comfortable (you have to apply twice a day + it can be very itchy + it leaves white stuff similar to dandruff on your scalp)
Im 21 and im starting to look like Mr. Burns i hate it but i just plan on going all out and rocking the Burns cut and suit and just go around saying excellent guess ill be needing a power plant.
I respect men that keep long hair even through balding. Like an old Hardy Scottish highlander that refuses to shave his head but instead has long hair with a bald patch
Alexander Rain I can grow a beard like that easily but I prefer the clean shaven look. When I have a beard my face never feels clean, is itchy, uncomfortable and makes me look older.
My first big mistake was not being able to recognize the hair loss, I didn’t fully understand it. My second big mistake was not deciding on a treatment immediately after recognizing it. It’s all good now I had a transplant and have been on finasteride for 10 years but you can save yourself a lot a grief the faster you act
@@damonn6755 I don’t, I was not a good responder to rogaine so wasn’t worth spending the money for me. But you should still try it and see how it works for you
I started losing my hair at 15. Fucking 15. It sucks big time. At first all I could think about was my thinning through my part and my receding hairline. Sure, hair can make you feel more confident but the real reality is embracing yourself. I’m turning 18 pretty soon, I’m on propicia and it still sucks. I still question when I’ll fully lose my hair. I’m at a point where it’s noticeable. I would’ve loved to make it to college with a full head of hair but sadly that’s not the fate I was given. I’m not gonna weep over something I can’t change. Here are my tips. Style your hair differently, keep it shorter, and undercuts help a lot. If anyone makes fun of it... so what? It doesn’t matter what they think. Everyone loses their hair at some point in their life. Let karma do it’s work. Just relax. You’ll still be attractive if you go bald. Look at mfn Johnny Sins, JMAC, and so forth. All pornstars who are bald and fuck hot chicks. Love yourselves. Be confident. You’ll be okay.
This might be 3 years old but this really is great. I’m 16 and dealing with quite rapid hairline recession to the point where it’s noticeable. All I’ve thought about for a while and it’s just annoying having it on my mind all the time
At the first sign of going bald, I didn’t shave it. I went and got topical finasteride and minoxidil. Stopped the hair loss in its tracks and went back to NW1 in 6 months. DHT continues to damage the hair follicles even after they stop growing visible hair, so if you’re going to do fin, it’s best to do it early. I think it was easy for me to recognize that it was happening because I have some scars on the top of my head that are normally easy to cover with hair. When the balding started, I could see them through the hair. Once the fin/min started working, the scars got buried under my hair. If you wait to long, the follicles die completely and the only way to bring them back is with transplants.
I'm on dutasteride 0.5mg right now. Do you think you also need minoxidil to thicken hair? It seems my hair falls out super easy now and has thinned a lot. But hair dressers used to tell me my hair density was crazy thick. Its still pretty thick but each hair has thinned a lot.
Women shed a lot of hair too, hair extensions or weaves hide their baldness, and we accept it because it makes them look attractive than what they really are..( lol, just a joke ) but men will get rejected if caught wearing a rug on their head
I'm 38 and I've been going bald for 20 years this year. I'm still not completely bald, it's been a super slow process, but I'm at that point it's very noticeable. I've been shaving my head on and off for years. I can say the only issue I have with it is missing having the options of changing it up once and a while. I can also say, most men are insecure because we worry what women will think about us bald. I can honestly say, I've never had that issue with women. They seriously don't care. I mean real women who aren't materialistic. They care about confidence. That's the sexiest thing that attracts them about a man. So stop worrying guys. Do what you want, but in the end, it's not as big as you think it is.
"They don't care" lol, when I had a full head of hair women were constantly looking at me on the street, now that I'm balding almost all of them avoid me
@@agustin3710hate to break it to ya man but it's about how you carry yourself and interact with people. nobody wants to hang out with anybody who doesn't have a personality. why do you think so many chicks that can't even hold a conversation hole up at home and show their cleavage off on twitch
Finastride 1mg a day. Minoxidil twice a day. Over a year. No side effects. And epic results. Just make sure you don’t wait to long. Bald spots can’t be regrowing back. But thinning can be saved.
@@johanjonasson4188 Hello, i dont know mutch about oral minoxidil but ive heard you risk more the chance of cardio vascular side effect. i recommend topical minoxidil and oral finastride 1mg an day. you need an dht blcker otherwise you have no chance of saving your hair. i hope i could help!
@@thomaseckhart4113 I'm already on Finasteride for 8 months and Dutasteride for 3.5 months every Sunday but I still lose a lot of hair. I have lost a lot of hair very quickly. in January 2019 I had lost nothing. Then later in 2019 it started and it fell out so fast that I had almost no time to react. That's why I will try oral minoxidil. Because it's supposed to stop further hair loss.
@@thomaseckhart4113 Dudes out here telling people take this and that, it's safe, there's no side effects. Another person says they wanna take an oral formulation of minoxidil and you say there's chances of CV issue...it's used as a blood pressure med dude, off label for hair. And what exactly was finasteride originally approved and used for/to treat? Finasteride by far has WAY WAY more side effects. Like maybe your dick will be a noodle the rest of your life and you'll TRT the rest of your life if ya ever wanna gettit in. And that's just ONE(1) side effect. You should maybe go to the doctor and get some hormone panels around bro and see if that's not a basis and reasoning as to why you're taking and doing your hair regimen and it's not blocking them androgens.... I'm definitely by any means not saying don't take stuff to prevent hair loss. We all got to make choices based on risk factors what we want for ourselves. I just don't think it's cool to tell people there's no risks in that it's safe. There's always risks and with this they can be quite serious.
I'm 19 and I'm going bald. My hairline almost from the temples is gone. I went completely bald. Yea it kinda sucks, but I can't do nothing to stop. It's life
To all you trolls out there saying just shaving ur head...then why do you use face wash and skin lotion...using Rogine is no different than using skin products and taking vitamins or taking protein shakes.
If you start using a dht blocker you may grow hair or at least slow it down, but if you stop using it you will loose the hair you've grown using the dht. Keep that in mind
I'm 32 and the realization that I could be losing my hair now or in the future kind of set in a few years ago. I think I'm ok for now, never kept track but started to track it more by taking pics of hair line. But hearing of so many people now days losing their hair so young makes me thankful I at least made it this far. I wonder if part of it is health related or life style related. Seems lot of people are losing their hair so young now like even before 20, it's kind of sad. This whole realization is kind of a kick in the butt for me to try to eat healthier, for what it's worth. Whether or not it's even related, it's not a bad thing to eat healthier. I decided to let my hair grow out more, while I still can. Not really sure how far I want to take it but I'm kinda curious how I'll look like if I go with like shoulder length. I'm a ginger so may as well embrace that eh.
There's tons of reasons, we're not taught how to take care of hair so most of us are just out here shampooing too much and raw dogging it with no conditioner or anything, low testosterone and can cause hair loss, stress can cause lower testosterone, everyone and their dog is stressed out these days, a lot of them to the point of burnout.
How to naturally stop hairloss; consume more vitamin D and vitamin K2. Don’t masturbate too much, limit stress, don’t take more than 10 minutes in the shower because the hot water dries out your scalp. Drink plenty of water. Also give yourself daily head massages with a wooden hair brush(wooden bristles). There you go. Be consistent with these things and you will see incredible changes🙏
Yes, my dad is completely bald and I had noticably thinner hair at about 16. Whenever I washed my hair there would be at least 30 hairs on my hands. I started doing these and it immediately stopped the hairloss and eventually I noticed it got thicker too. I’m now 21 and have no problem.
I just consider it extra maintenance honestly. Just like if you want to keep your teeth, you’ll apply products to keep your hair so you don’t go bald. Finasteride, minoxidil, whatever other treatment you’re using, USE IT. Even if you don’t get your hair back completely, slowing it down and hopefully showing some regrowth is better than losing it all.
If you have a high hairline & are also losing your hair shaving your head is the only option, anything else would look stupid & draw to much attention to your hairline. People are to preoccupied with how they look nowadays, if you want to shave your head then just do it!, if people can’t except you then they aren’t worth your time. I’m 20 & have been having hair loss since I was under 18, I have always hid it with long hair but I just said to myself “This is mentally destroying me by focusing on what my hair constantly look like!” so I just decided one day to shave it all off completely & I felt completely brand new, it felt like a weight had been taken off my shoulders. I have no interest in attracting a partner or how people perceive so maybe it was easier for me but if your thinking of shaving your head just do it!, it feels so refreshing & makes you less stressed (in my opinion).
I used to have a lot of hair everywhere on my scalp and it was actually extremely bothersome. But now that I’m starting to thin in my crown. And it gives me anxiety all the time.
@@rickysho6701 nah mate still slowly fading away going to probably just be buzzing it in about a year I’d say.I bought all the drugs to try to slow/regrow it but ultimately just accepted my fate still bothers and causes anxiety for me from time to time since a lot of my identity is tied into it. It was blonde curly surf hair but I’m slowly coming to terms with it . Some advice for if your thinking about slowing the process is to start asap wether that’s a transplant or minimising the loss you need to start right away that’s your best chance anyways I went on abit of a tangent here but I wish you well if your suffering hair loss shits stressful.
I would contend that shaving your head without trying to keep your hair isn't always a form of letting hair loss control you. It can be a form of nipping it in the bud and freeing yourself from the cycle if done with the correct attitude.
It is a Rogaine ad because there are other methods to fight hair loss depending on the nature of the situation & he is just like.. use this, problem solved xD
Amo Coertez yeah but at least they are honest and up front about it. It’s the first thing most reviewers mention and their researchers themselves have said it’s the only major drawback. And even then like mentioned in the video, it’s like brushing your teeth. You don’t want cavities so you brush. You don’t want hair loss, brush your damn teeth.

CoolKid1998 DO NOT DO FINASTRIDE BECAUSE IT WILL MAKE U IMPOTENT THEY SAY ITS ONLY 3% but trust me being bald is good just find what makes u look better I've been balding since 13, tried finastride at 19 n I couldn't get my dick hard for more than 2 minutes. Luckily I stopped taking it and there's not even a difference my hair loss slowed down because I take a lot and I mean a lot of vitamins
once i was taking to a girl while planting a small sapling and the day was sunny, and she saw my top head (with little lesser hair)and the sunlight added the effect and things didnt go well
the worst mistake for a men with hairloss is starting rogaine before they start finasteride. Rogaine just thickens up ur hair but doesnt do anything about the actual problem. thats where finasteride comes into play. It blocks dht the hormone that makes men/women lose their hair. using finasteride with minoxidil is the golden standard for fighting hairloss. And start as soon as u notice hairloss dont wait. the faster u start treatment the better will be for keeping ur hair. once is gone, u cant do shit about it except a hair transplant.
I endlessly hear contradictory things about Heath, hair loss especially. if it gets too bad I'll shave my head get a Barcode tattoo on the back of my Head & call it a Day.
dude, hairloss across all your body is may be a sign of bad health, but hairloss only on your scalp, just make you more masculin and is the result of a high amount of dihydrotestosterone and dna... like don't worry about it, just embrace it.
My hair started to go from my hair line but from the sides giving me a widows peak making me look like Vegeta from DragonballZ but luckily it has not progressed for a few years now.
I'm 26 and have bad hair loss, so I just shave it. It gives me back my symmetry and you stop worrying about it. Honestly, when it gets bad enough, just shave it all off. It's 1000x better then having it look thin and bad.
Losing your hair is not terrible. There are plenty of worse things that could be happening to you. You can take action by A. Not giving a f*ck and B shaving it off and then not giving a f*ck. I would never use this stuff for the rest of my life. Probably super expensive too. If your hair is falling out and you are using stuff like this you will always be worrying about it.
I rocked a thinning fauxhawk in my 30's. When I hit 40 and Covid happened, I saw this as my time for transformation while working remotely to go to a bald style. So far it has been a good choice for me.
I sold Rogaine twice in my life. Once for Upjohn when it was only available by script. Then when Pfizer bought Upjohn and it was over the counter. Its a good product. Unfortunately, I'm past the keep stage. So I rock a beard and buzz cut my hair. The new me.
I used Rogaine for about 11 years. It only really works the first 4 years. It hold your hair a bit after that but it's not meant to really be on forever. I started having side effects. You have to do it twice a day and leave it on for 4 hours at a time. I had to sleep in it and it was messing up my eyes. It got to be a chore and once I hit 41 I was just over it. I let myself go bald. It's not a easy thing. I have still some hair but I shave it to a 1 attachment. My crown is gown. If I had been in my 20's it would have destroyed me. But over 40 it just feels like it's ok and I am in a different part of my life. I also tried Propecia. Now that messed me up. I couldn't orgasm right and it bubbled out like tapioca pudding. Took 12 days to get it out of my system. I don't recommend that.
What side effects did you experience from Rogaine? I ha e a thinning crown at 27 years old and have been on Rogaine for 6 months and I think it's working. But if there will be worse side effects down the line I might just bite the bullet now and stop
If Beardbrand approves Rogain, I'm totally in. I'm growing my hair very long, which looks fine, but lately I've been losing a lot of hair more than usual and it's really noticeable, I can't style it anymore. Besides, I'm just 22 and my baldness makes me look like 30. From now on, I'm going to give Rogain a try to see if it works. I don't mind using it for the rest of my life... Think about it like brushing your teeth; you've got to do it everyday for the rest of your life, 'cause if you don't, you might have many kinds of problems in your mouth.
M H I'm almost 21 and I've just been diagnosed with MPB yet I have no family history of it. Do you know how depressing and frustrating it is to find out from your coworkers who take the piss out of you saying "nice forehead mate looks like your balding". Then something finally clicked and looking at your past photos and noticing the blatant change. I've tried going bald before (when I was like 15 for shits n gigs) razor and all and it didn't look good. Now I've booked into a dermatologist to sus how expensive my options are. I don't know how I feel about taking supplements for the rest of my life or looking different to literally everyone I know. It is a huge shock from reality. All I know is a big part of me wants to remain the same as I was not change forever.
Here I sit, 36 years old, always had an extremely thick head of wonderful hair. Suddenly, seemingly over a period of a month or two, it starts *rapidly* falling out. Hundreds of hair on my hands in the shower. No baldness in my family. ZERO! Now it has sort of balanced out and it shedding much more slowly, but it still won't stop. Oh well. I can grow a beard basically just like this guy's, so I guess I might be ok. I'd rather have my hair than a beard though.
I did it all for a few years. Romaine plus nizoral and eating foods and using other oils. It worked for a while, then just slowed the balding process. Eventually it was a hassle. Worrying about my hair so much, not wearing hats, wearing my hair a certain way to cover the balding areas (thankfully I'm a little over 6'1 so people can't tell usually anyways). But it becomes so tedious and worthless. Save it until a point where it's starting to really become noticeable, then save yourself the mental torture and shave it. Best thing I could have done. I'm free now haha
Dude why do u constantly stalk hairloss videos? Even on the misc you jump on every single thread calling people out for trying to stop their balding, not everyone can just shave it and rock it so just fuck off?
Iron Mangetter I haven't been on the misc in a long time it. Why do you stalk hairloss videos? To worry more about your balding? I'm subscribed to these guys buddy. Keep stalking me though.
Iron Mangetter Says you. But keep whining and crying about it and living your life in fear of your hair what other people think about you because if it.
"...rather than letting hair loss take control of you" - It is WAY better than letting your hair (which is going away overtime) control you. I don't wanna care whether my scalp is showing or not, or stare in the mirror every morning and be concerned over something completely cosmetic as it disappears. There are other ways to stand out: clothing, hats, accessories, piercings, tattoos or just style your beard if you can grow one. This is such microscopic problem compared to everything else you have to deal with and there is so much more to life than this, yet you treat it as if it's a life threatening disease. I've been growing my hair out for 3 years and will most likely buzz it off really soon.
When I first started going bald on my crown, I was really self conscious, but when I cut my hair down to 1/4, I got positive feedback, much like growing my beard over these last two years. I'm not ready to shave my head and still have enough hair, except the temples and crown, to have a decent short haircut.
Have a good diet! All vitamins! Wash your hair regularly! Apply olive oil and coconut oil for atleast an hour! Massage your scalp! Use no or less shampoo! Don't use blow dry or wax or hair gel! Use cold or mild water to wash hair! Comb the hair not the scalp! Exercise regularly! And just don't stress out!
i like that you say men or women for dating. it means a lot! especially in male dominated communities like this. its nice to know i'm included with other men as equal
I have male pattern baldness that began when I was 17. I could sit in my bedroom and cry in my bedroom about my hair loss. I started taking Dutasteride and it fixed the problem. It blew me and my Mum away how much hair I regrew. My hairline went from looking pretty bad to being as good as my sisters. I'm so glad I did my research and fought it, and gained my confidence back. Other people just don't understand how much hair loss can affect your self-confidence.
@@jam9482 I started with Finasteride. no side effects on that. Then with Dutasteride, only thing I've noticed is less ejaculate volume. Which I read is considered normal, as it is a medicine to shrink the prostate after all. No "issues" in that department though.
Hey man that’s crazy it brought your hair back , I am 22 and experiencing hair loss on my temples :( it really has changed my life no one understands , what should I do first
The best thing I did for my hair loss was to abandon shampoo altogether. My best friend who started crowning at the same time as me, although 5 years younger, decided to go in for these type of hair products. My hair came back in a little bit, not dramatically, but enough to be noticeable, and has held at that place for 4 years now. His has gotten much worse. I rinse my thoroughly with water every day, as if I am using shampoo. And once a week I use Denorex to keep Dandruff in check. My hair has never been in better condition. Whenever I am at a hair dresser they are always surprised that I don't use product. It may not be for everyone, this is not a scientific study, it is not rigorous, but if the products aren't working for you, maybe drop them as well. Your hair is only mildly extra greasy for about 2 weeks, then it evens out.
i find if i dont use shampoo my thinning looks really bad because the shampoo give it volume. Did you notice that as well and how did you cope with it?
Shampoo was definitely part of the problem in my case. I stopped using SLS shampoos and only shampoo a couple times a week. Greasy at first but the scalp eventually adjusts. Also started using a minoxidil product (not Rogaine). The combination has been very effective.
Thanks for making this video. I couldn't agree with you more. When the choice is made to go bald, that's the end of any hairstyle. Yes, for some people this works. But so many people still look great with thinning hair. I feel like some men just give up and accept baldness. They way I look at it, if you force the baldness, then everyone notices that you're bald. If you're going thin, that seems more natural.
Thank you for your information. Perhaps I'm mistaken but did you mention the side effects related to Minoxidil? Unfortunately I am able to detail effects well beyond the commonly reported itching or irritation of the scalp. Instead I endured severe fatigue, confusion and dizziness. This was the third time I began treatment and each time...several years apart the outcome was the same: severe fatigue, confusion and dizziness. And side effects each time started around the third day in and when I stopped use they went away completely within two days. I've researched a lot and have begun natural treatments like hair oils infused with rosemary and lavender. There are so many more beyond that. In fact a 2015 study confirmed Rosemary Oil was equal in efficacy to 2% Minoxidil solution which many people use rather than the stronger 5%. Bottom line: whatever works for someone is great as long as it works safely. And if it doesn't please know there are alternatives out there
you have so much hair, and for me, its tough to empathize you have hair loss...however, its great you've addressed this early on so you can slow it down for yourself.
Lol it's funny how some guys are stressing out about hair loss when they are fat and out of shape. I couldn't care less about my thinning hair when I realized that it doesn't matter when it comes to physical attraction. Some girls even prefer bald men. Your body matters.
Please upvote this comment for real info: Do not use Rogaine... it can have terrible side effects. The real reason why the hair is thinning out is because there's no proper blood circulation in your head. What you need to do is, get a massaging hair brush (something like a wooden one with wooden tips) and massage your scalp, 5 minutes a day. You can do it many times a day. Also, if you can, do headstands, which again, will promote blood circulation in the head. Do NOT waste your time with artificial products like Rogaine. All you need is, stimulate blood circulation on your head and eat healthy, possibly a fruit based diet, but see which works for you. There's a lot of misinformation out there and most of the time people don't do proper research. Your body is all about blood circulation and keeping the ducts working, think of your body like plumbing, if there's a blockage, something will go wrong. Fix things naturally and do not waste your time on artificial temporary fixes.
I had long hair and i was long loving my hair like crazy. Alas i was getting bold.....so i shaved my head. So now from Thor i look like Heizenberg(Breaking Bad) :P It all comes to what style you like and how much time and money you have to spend on your self. And since that i love my self the way i am and i have accepted my self as i am...i enjoy every style :) Im fabulous....what can i say....blame God for that :D hahah
Started thinning up top at 27 so I started buzzing my head that lead to completely shaving my head and now at 34 I have been shaving my head for 6 years. Never did Rogaine for medical reasons and now rock the bald/bearded/tattoo look
Found your video while searching for ways to keep from loosing anymore of my hair... Watching your video made me feal emotionally better about my hair loss. Thank you.
If everybody shaved their head at the first sign half of all guys would be bald. When I showed up for basic training a lot of guys had great hair but once it got shaved it was noticeable they were balding. Myself included I had no idea my hairline was receeding until I had my head shaved. My point is that so many guys face balding in their early 20s but that doesn’t mean shave it. Just rock a hairstyle that hides it. I hopped on rogaine as soon as I graduated
Ok dude really? What you showed of your crown is nothing you may not experience much more loss beyond that. How old are you anyway cause I had near no hair back there before I was 30. Personally I use the Bosley laser comb to sustain my hair and I’ve had their hair transplant procedures and my hair isn’t perfect but it’s pretty good all round
Standard treatment solutions will keep you trapped in the hair loss and, bit by bit make your hair loss even more serious. Instead of wasting your money and time, make sure you think about the natural treatment to get rid of hair loss for good with guaranteed outcome, uncover more here: MootHair.xyz
I have used olive oil for 4 years. My goal is just to nourish my hair. My hair is 3c. But in some months, my hair is stronger and becoming bigger. In particular, my new hair is growing faster and in more volume than I expected. I searched Google and know olive oil has a lot of protein, so it makes your hair become stronger and grow faster, and your hair is thicker than normal. So if you lose hair, please use olive oil before or after washing your hair.
Bald guy here....if you're at the point where's it' obviously clear to everyone you're losing your hair don't hang on to it because you look like shit. Trust me, no cut looks great if you're far gone with hair loss. There's nothing out there that gets your hair back without significant side affects (costs, health, libido,...) and once you 're on a path losing your hair it will worsen the older you get. Men who have obvious hair loss and hang on to it are regarded as weaker than someone who takes control and get's it all off and go bald. In short, what this guy says is kinda BS. Sure you can mask it in the beginning but don't count on you being able to continue doing that, as years pass it will get worse and all that time you'll have that constant worry in the back of your head. In fact, most people at one point are so clingy to the little hair they still have they totally don't realize they look more silly the way they do than when going full bald. I'm full bald, wet shave it every other day, I'm 38 and have been doing that since 35. But I'v started losing my hair at 26. All those years where I didn't shave (I did do buzz cut but even that wasn't a great look) and I look back on those old photos of me I realize I should have gone bald way sooner. It's much cleaner and more macho. Some people fool themselves they don't think their hair isn't that important, that's BS and that's just a strategy to cope with their hair loss.
How to get over hair loss: 1. Use minoxidil and finasteride everyday (both FDA approved for hair loss). 2. Style hair to make the most of thinning hair. 3. Use hair loss concealer to fill in thin parts. 4. Save up $ and get a hair transplant. Guaranteed to get permanent hair back. My father was completely bald. I noticed my hair loss many years ago. I now have a full head of hair. If not for doing the steps above, I'd be near bald now.
started losing hair at 16,now Im 19 have receding hairline, loss of crown and sides, using rogaine for over a year it kinda helped for a while but now I feel like it stopped working.Considering hair transplant after graduating university. thank you genes...
The problem with Rogaine and other similar products is that you have to used them for the rest of your life, not to mention that using minoxidil makes your hair greasy! I have a receding hairline and my hair is also thinning at the crown, but i embraced those "problems" and i don't try to hide them cause i know that will make me look desperate. The moment i can no longer style my hair the way i want, i will shave it, cause i believe there comes a time when that's your only option.
it doesn't work for everybody. do some research and you will find out a lot about it. The main thing you got to know is that once you start using, you have to use it for the rest of your life, and even that doesn't guarantee that you will keep your hair...it may slow down the hair loss process, but it's not a cure. you will still lose hair, but in a slower rate.
Hey man I also have long hair but I am experiencing hair loss around my temples :( I will see a doctor in the next few months and get on some medication because this stuff changing my lfien
demonsean Not really. It depends. You could have a bald grandfather, your dad has a full head of hair, and then you inherit the baldness XD Or your grandad could have a full head of hair, your dad's bald, and then you inherit it! Or not! It's a gene that hides and doesn't follow a strict pattern. Obviously the more bald people's in the family increases ones chances but it isn't a definite. Especially is the case with multiple sons. Out of three brothers one goes bald the other has mild hair loss throughout his life and one has the thickest head of hair ever. I've seen this happen on way too many occasions. Hell even ancestors as far back into millenia times have their bald genes creeping up on us today. Almost everyone has the gene so it's impossible to say to bald men to stop having kids. I've written way to much.
demonsean Nope. My dad, all my uncles on both sides of the family rock full thick heads of hair at over 50 years of age but im starting to diffusely thin out at 26. Hair loss is tricky, ive seen guys with norwood 7 dads have thick heads of hair all their life and unlucky guys like me to be the only male guy in the family who started losing hair
Bald guys who have daughters will pass it on to their sons like a 50/50 chance (your grandson). It seems that's the most common trend but other combos can happen. So if you're a bald dude, hope that you only have boys. Or girls who dont grow up have boys to pass it on to your grandsons lol.
I lost hair due to it being weak after hypothyroidism and then I decieded to throw both bleach and dye on it :// it will grow back and to the same thickness but it will take a long time because it all started to break off even more than before. I thought I was dealing with male patterns baldness and one doctor actually taught me that too, im 19 only and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism after 1 1/5 years of going to the doctor regularly, it is not very hard to diagnose but it is more oftenly diagnosed in women than men. Everyone who is watching, whether you are a girl or a boy, if you are dealing with hairfall get your hormones, vitamin levels etc checked because that may be an underlying illness or a vitamin defiecency. I gained 38 pounds so fast and dealt with fatigue, dry skin etc. I have lost alot of the weight now and it keeps getting off after treatment.
Great video! I'm so glad you tackled this issue as you did. My hair is thinning and receding (has been for a number of years...thank goodness I've got a full, thick beard), and I just recently decided to stop giving myself bald fades with 1" of hair on top. I may end up shaving it all one day, but for now I'm rocking what I've got with confidence. Your tooth analogy is perfect! Never thought of it like that before. And yes, please do a video showcasing hairstyles for us men without much on top!
Well done Eric.not many guys talk about this so openly. After i heard a famous radio presenter here in the UK talk about this issue, i started using Regaine and Propecia. I was thining on my crown and front- a double whammy. But, these products work. The bonus was, that after years of trying, i can now grow a beard too, even more awesome. So, it is about taking control, seeking out the best methods to combat hair loss. There are choices most of the time. I chanced upon Beardbrand only recently and now feel more confident about getting older, trying different styles for my beard, hair, and clothes..
I began using Rogaine at age 22 when I was beginning to see receding at the temples. While using the product I didn't get the hair back but I didn't lose that much neither. I continued using Rogaine 3-4 years with no effect to neither better or worse. I grew tired of applying it every day so I stopped. And guess what... 15 years has past and I still got hair. Hardly any anymore receding at all. Truth is it's fully natural that the hairline stops receding all by itself. Just because you begin seeing some thinning doesn't mean you go completely bald within ten years. Rogain is just a scam. Don't spend money and time on that worthless product.
That’s because you didn’t actually have a receding hairline, you had a maturing hairline, which 90% of males will have at some point after puberty. An actual receding hairline is caused by MPB, and will continue to get worse until you’re completely bald. For people with MPB rogaine works and is absolutely worth it.
At 37 I had receded to a Norwood 2a and noticed that I diffused thinning right across my entire scalp. Shaving my hair off to a Number 4 all over just made the balding appear even worse and made me even more miserable. Fortunately for me, I was in the very early stages of male pattern loss and could combat it effectively. My hair has improved immeasurably in the last year since I started using Minoxidil/Rogaine, Finasteride, and a caffeine shampoo (JoBaz). My hair is darker, it's much thicker particularly at the crown and vertex and my front hairline has even improved from a Norwood 2a to almost a Norwood 2. How long I'll be able to ride this train is anyone's guess but I'm grateful that it's made a difference over the past year. In my view, shaving is fine if you're going significantly bald (Norwood 4 etc) because there's nothing worse than someone trying to hold onto their hair when it's thinning everywhere and it looks like shit.
I have used minoxidil for a year and have had significant regrowth. I had shaven my head and then had that same thought...have I done everything? After all...if everything else fails I know I have a good shaped head for the clippers.
Yus uf It came back pretty good. The hair itself thickened significantly. My hairline is not a straight line like it was in my 20’s but some came back and more importantly it thickened and stopped thinning. I am no longer self conscious when under bright lights.
Yus uf this is what I use. Research it though, I am not a dr. ;) Kirkland Minoxidil 5% Extra Strength Hair Regrowth for Men 6 Month Supply www.amazon.com/dp/B00EXPSYVA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_HxIFzb33DYNHC
Bits of my hair is falling out and I'm 14 what do I do?😓
Chilled B3ST it's too early to say... it may probably be just stress and lack of nutrients... if you think it's not a passong phase, go to a physichan. Remember, you're not alone

In my 90 days hair growth journey, I did yoga and exercises, massaged my scalp with oil three times a week, shampooed once a week, and applied llitllextra Reactivate serum. The outcome, my hair grew longer without any hair fall.
I'd give reactivate hair serum a perfect score of 5/5. It's due to the results I had received from it.

Reasons of why so many guys are afraid of balding:
1: it ruins their looks
2: it decreses or kills their dating life
3: it ages them
4: it lowers their cofidence
5: people often makes fun of them
Joshua Belmont Reese it destroys the facade of age.
Most of that isn't even true
Joshua Belmont Reese you look like someone who doesn't score any sex yourself. At least not straight sex.
I wouldn't mind shaving my head and growing out my beard if it wasn't for the fact that I'm only 23 and I'm thinning pretty bad.
bcoz of reason 5 all other reason arises

That's great that you are throwing yourself into other areas of your of life and improving them!

But guys, did you try out anything, did you try stop it, reverse it or anything of course by medication or other methods?
@@19pablo84cambridge i honestly think that the best solution is a good hair transplant, because the medications like minoxidil you have to use it your entire life and it’s not comfortable (you have to apply twice a day + it can be very itchy + it leaves white stuff similar to dandruff on your scalp)
Your not the only 1, mine is tinning. I did nothing wrong but still got it
So i use treatments, i might go for a hair transplant

Im getting finasteride do you think thats a good option?
What is NW1? And what is DHT? Also is the fin/min the spray or gel you used? I see both
I'm on dutasteride 0.5mg right now. Do you think you also need minoxidil to thicken hair?
It seems my hair falls out super easy now and has thinned a lot. But hair dressers used to tell me my hair density was crazy thick. Its still pretty thick but each hair has thinned a lot.
sometimes it sucks to be a guy .. I have seen people who are 17 and their hair line is behind there ears sad sight
It's really luck of the draw sometimes. Genetics can be rough.

I can also say, most men are insecure because we worry what women will think about us bald. I can honestly say, I've never had that issue with women. They seriously don't care. I mean real women who aren't materialistic. They care about confidence. That's the sexiest thing that attracts them about a man. So stop worrying guys.
Thanks for the more natural tips. Have you tried these tips before and how was your experiences?
Yes, my dad is completely bald and I had noticably thinner hair at about 16. Whenever I washed my hair there would be at least 30 hairs on my hands. I started doing these and it immediately stopped the hairloss and eventually I noticed it got thicker too. I’m now 21 and have no problem.
Also a dry scalp is a major cause, so take short lukewarm water showers and use coconut oil occasionally to moisturize your scalp
@@kittyboygamer6912 Wait until 30's and you'll see
Rodrigo Moreno that’s a loser’s mindset, do these things and “you’ll see”
I just consider it extra maintenance honestly.
Started loosing my hair in college, tried Rogaine for a while and found it not to work for me. Embraced the bald & bearded look!
And it seems to be working great for you! Glad you're feeling confident with your look!
You have that Lex Luther look... fits you really well.
Where is your beard?
I used to have a lot of hair everywhere on my scalp and it was actually extremely bothersome. But now that I’m starting to thin in my crown. And it gives me anxiety all the time.
Same dude my crown seems to be balding quicker than my temple area which is odd.
@@anthippo91 Same here guys, the struggle is really but we got it, there's more to life than your hair.
@@anthippo91 brooooo did it get better
I’m facing the same can u tell me
@@rickysho6701 nah mate still slowly fading away going to probably just be buzzing it in about a year I’d say.I bought all the drugs to try to slow/regrow it but ultimately just accepted my fate still bothers and causes anxiety for me from time to time since a lot of my identity is tied into it.
This video mainly just seems like an ad for Rogaine
It is a Rogaine ad because there are other methods to fight hair loss depending on the nature of the situation & he is just like.. use this, problem solved xD
yh but rogaine and mixodil sucks you will loose much hair after some months you stop using it
Considering it works for most people with no side effects... I’ll accept it. Besides I started minoxidil today (not rogaine brand)
Well, actually it is an add for Rogaine since they sponsored his show ...
I was too depressed because of my hair loss until I saw the comment section.
My brother and I are both suffering from thinning hair. It is not really a huge problem for gentlemen to get bald. But for me, looking bad in my earl 40’s is something I do not wish to occur. You think she looks like that without makeup? That evens it out lol
the worst mistake for a men with hairloss is starting rogaine before they start finasteride.
Hey man thanks for the information I will get on this medication soon :) but I think I will need a hair transplant in a few years tho
I endlessly hear contradictory things about Heath, hair loss especially. if it gets too bad I'll shave my head get a Barcode tattoo on the back of my Head & call it a Day.

Pro Tip: doesn't work for everyone
After Cronus virus did you have a metallic or sulfuric taste?

I sold Rogaine twice in my life. Once for Upjohn when it was only available by script. Then when Pfizer bought Upjohn and it was over the counter. Its a good product. Unfortunately, I'm past the keep stage. So I rock a beard and buzz cut my hair. The new me.
At least you're comfortable with yourself. Beard on man!

😱 ewwwww. I loved tapioca.
What side effects did you experience from Rogaine? I ha e a thinning crown at 27 years old and have been on Rogaine for 6 months and I think it's working. But if there will be worse side effects down the line I might just bite the bullet now and stop
Do you don’t recommend rogaine?
If Beardbrand approves Rogain, I'm totally in.
I'm growing my hair very long, which looks fine, but lately I've been losing a lot of hair more than usual and it's really noticeable, I can't style it anymore. Besides, I'm just 22 and my baldness makes me look like 30.
From now on, I'm going to give Rogain a try to see if it works. I don't mind using it for the rest of my life... Think about it like brushing your teeth; you've got to do it everyday for the rest of your life, 'cause if you don't, you might have many kinds of problems in your mouth.
Glad we're able to help you make a decision. Let us know the results. Make sure you give it a trial run for a bit so you can see how your skin reacts.
Oswaldo Castil any results?
Beardbrand bbh
Oswaldo Castil - Rogaine has done nothing for me. I’ve used it for a dozen years and my hair has continued to fall out. It doesn’t always work.
I’ve lost a lot of hair from age 38 to 42. It was fine before then.
Glad to hear you're doing better now. Always rock what you got. And don't go down without fighting to keep your hair (if it's salvageable for a time).
Dude why do u constantly stalk hairloss videos? Even on the misc you jump on every single thread calling people out for trying to stop their balding, not everyone can just shave it and rock it so just fuck off?

Iron Mangetter Says you. But keep whining and crying about it and living your life in fear of your hair what other people think about you because if it.
whatever man. god bless.

Yeah, results may vary from person to person. I think you nailed it on the head, if something isn't working for you then stop using it.
i find if i dont use shampoo my thinning looks really bad because the shampoo give it volume. Did you notice that as well and how did you cope with it?
yeah I feel the same after a couple days without washing the sweat makes the hair extra thin after I wash it looks thicker
dangflo it all depends on your type. I have fine and limp hair, my hair gets greasy/oily the very next day even though I shampoo everyday.

Fix things naturally and do not waste your time on artificial temporary fixes.
it is dht.
Did these tips work for you??

How to get over hair loss:
Yep I’m definitely getting that hair transplant soon.
Rogaine really worked for me when I was young, 20 years ago. However, if I use it now, it makes my scalp bleed.
started losing hair at 16,now Im 19 have receding hairline, loss of crown and sides, using rogaine for over a year it kinda helped for a while but now I feel like it stopped working.Considering hair transplant after graduating university.
thank you genes...
That's kinda the point. Do what you can and make yourself feel confident until it's no longer a viable option, then shave it and embrace the new look!
it doesn't work for everybody. do some research and you will find out a lot about it. The main thing you got to know is that once you start using, you have to use it for the rest of your life, and even that doesn't guarantee that you will keep your hair...it may slow down the hair loss process, but it's not a cure. you will still lose hair, but in a slower rate.
This was a very real and authentic video. Thanks man!
My hair is long. I plan to keep it that way.

the only solution for hair loss is for balding men to stop having kids. this will never happen so men will be screwed with hair loss forever.
well said friend, but bald men usually have bald sons. I dont want a monster cock either
demonsean Not really.
Kill all humans? 😂😂
We definitely need to make more videos about how to style less hair, but for now, we have this video: ruclips.net/video/Cti9w9cmvpY/видео.html
You know when you get a bubble in your throat and need to clear it?
This guy forever:
Aging will happen to everyone....if Rogaine slows down the hair loss...go for it.
Haha, at least you had your contingency plan in place.
devin vosburgh how's your hair now?
Yus uf It came back pretty good. The hair itself thickened significantly. My hairline is not a straight line like it was in my 20’s but some came back and more importantly it thickened and stopped thinning. I am no longer self conscious when under bright lights.
Yus uf this is what I use. Research it though, I am not a dr. ;) Kirkland Minoxidil 5% Extra Strength Hair Regrowth for Men 6 Month Supply www.amazon.com/dp/B00EXPSYVA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_HxIFzb33DYNHC
devin vosburgh well minoxidil isn't really meant to regrow hair it's more to keep what you got.
hope you're taking Finasteride daily as well. Rogaine only does one thing, but you need to address your DHT.
