- Warning!!! obd2buy.com Stay away from this company. Cheapest Chinese crap with no warranty or costumer support. All crap you buy will do on your own risk.
About my situation:
Wifi card not worked after arrival. No big deal. Used with LAN cable. After less than month of use interface started to loose connection with pc after it stays plugged for a 5-10 mins on OBD. After reboot it stays on "Booting..." and do not communicate with a car.
Hardware problem! Why? Because I needed to cool it down to make it work max 5-10 mins.
No support from obd2buy.
No warranty and no money back
obd2buy treats their costumers like a fools.
My recommendation is to stay away from obd2buy
my battery bar is always low at one ??? is it fixable?
My machine was doing the same thing and I changed the batteries and it's now working

I have exactly a same problem, my C4 is stuck on booting after not even 10 use times.
You can try to make firmware update with xentry. If this does not help - only exchange to new unit

@@sigiusd simply make a correct firmware! if you connect device to car with battery, firmware burns. it is written in product description and we put a warning paper into box

This tool is very expensive and it’s lifespan is 1 week to 5 months according my research, if there is somebody legit who has this garbage working longer he should celebrate it two times a day. But I don’t think so. Mine was working for 3 months. I was kinda lucky too, most ppl I talked to enjoyed it for a month. SO!!! Don’t be a fool and don’t push your luck. NOT WORTH IT!!!

I have a problem with my c4 , the computer and the c4 unit connect together ok but the c4 unit won't connect to the vehicle, just keeps saying check obd lead and terminals 30 and 31 witch I did and the unit is powered up to the vehicle ok !? But when the it trys to connect to the vehicle the display on the c4 unit go's off and then back on that's when I get the error message check power witch is good ! Any idea? Thanks.

You sell cheapest Chinese shit, with no warranty, no support and no money back if your tool gets defective.
