Our CRAZY Life Scotland! Hi I lost 1/2 lb happy with that . Nearly put the bottom of target so that puts me in a good place for going to London on Tuesday-Friday. Next weigh in will be a week on Tuesday at the Oakley group as helping with the social team up there as the valleyfield have joined groups over the festive period. Met a friend that went to this mornings group so we took ourselves off to Kirkcaldy for some shopping. Totally unexpected so had a good day xx doris xx
