Does anyone know if during the paraffin embedding for wood anatomy cross-section using the D-limonene to replace xylene, should I dilute the D-limonene (96%) or use the highest concentration?
The preparation of tree 'tissue' is very complex but the finished slides are beautifully sharp and clean.
