    The preparation of tree 'tissue' is very complex but the finished slides are beautifully sharp and clean.

    good technics but embedding in parafin is not necessary also euparal can be substituted

    Does anyone know if during the paraffin embedding for wood anatomy cross-section using the D-limonene to replace xylene, should I dilute the D-limonene (96%) or use the highest concentration?
