  • Hey guys! I'm so excited to be here with you today.
    Today I'm going to show you how I crushed my workout goals on the deadlift. You know, I used to be a pretty big shy about deadlifting, but now it's one of my favorite lifts, and it's only getting better. And don't worry-I got a nice protein-packed breakfast in there too.
    So here we go! 120kg x 3 reps = 270kg total weight. That's almost twice as much total weight as I was lifting before! (It's also pretty much twice as heavy as the last time I deadlifted.) Also, let me tell you something: I love feeling like a badass when I do this lift because it makes me feel like maybe someday, maybe… just maybe… someone will recognize me and say "Hey, what are you doing? You're lifting a lot of weight."
