I have a question I have gotten this guitar and my strings won't make a noise do I have to use an amp or no please help thanks

Sorry to hear! My strings were quite loose out of the box when I tuned so recheck tuning, make sure the fretboard is clear of all plastic or styrofoam, and take a look at the nut and bridge to see if there is anything prohibiting the strings from moving. :)

What about playability? Is it going to need another 100 dollars for a setup in order not to make your fingers bleed?

Out of the box it was ready to play - no truss rod adjustment needed, frets were smooth down the entirety of the neck, intonation was pretty good too - I think for a starter or intermediate 12 string this is a great choice especially compared to other models out there!
