I can attest to these workouts. Been working out since a HS sophomore, and always thought I was a “hard gainer” for my shoulders. Here I am 6 years later, starting from scratch and doing these starting at 7.5 lbs, now I’m at 22.5lbs. And I can say my shoulders have never looked more developed and round. Currently working towards building the mass to eliminate the “shot glass” between my front and lateral delts.

Lateral raises fire deltoids and traps. Depending on genetics and form, you might get mostly trap, like me. Stay below 45° to target more the shoulder. ( So the resistance band here is bad)
I also tried a new one : one arm at a time, dumbbell extended over head. Keep a straight arm and move the dumbbell around, between 180° and 160°. It's front and middle delt. Try it!

A lot of people react positively to the skiers. Unless I'm doing them wrong or need to experiment more, I didn't feel a great contraction. I get the most feeling from rear delt swings, and banded pull aparts. The rear delt attaches to the shoulder blade, so I like to keep my shoulder blade stationary as much as possible when trying to hit them. Obviously it's hard because your shoulder blade moves when you move your arms. But the rear delt swing gets the most out of this as you're leaning forward and swinging out, shoulder blades barely move.

    Greetings,
First of all, I loved your channel a lot. There are so many detailed explanations with a simple language that anyone can underdstand, now moving to the main point; I got superly addicted 😍 the different exercises you show to improve our body as best as we can is mind boggling. The very first video that i saw of your channel was the bicep workout😎 and after trying that i mean wooooooow..... u definitely earned a sub man. Even I'm referring these exercises to my friends who are gym freaks although I'll admit that m fat and weigh around 220 lbs but i promise right here that i will work upon myself and continue to follow your tips. Best wishes from India🇮🇳
P.s - please do tell what is the background sound you're using i really need that on my playlist. 😄
