wow amazing recipes nice channel! thank you...I wonder if you can modify this to make creme patissier to use in your PSMF cream puffs recipe and then add the chocolate topping :-p
Maria’s recipe calls for whole boiled eggs. You get the nutrition from the yolks as well. Your recipe is a good alternative to use on PSMF days, though. Thank you.
Simply brilliant like Maria Emmerich but without boiling whole eggs, blending in a power blender and then risking the eggy taste!! I tried this method instead and it's now a part of my dessert staple! I use Maria's panko pork rinds pie crust recipe from her chocolate French Silk pie and put this chocolate pudding in there instead. Amazing!! Thank you!
I don’t always get a chance to watch your videos but when I do you never disappoint. Everyone loves this including my 7 year old who tends to not care for any type of Dessert. Thanks for sharing it!
Hi dear! Thank you so much!!✨ I tried right now and it's soooo good! I don't know if you know the dessert liégeois (it's french) and it's the same taste 😋 I just add a Tbsp unsalted butter at the end because I m doing egg fast. I loved it!😋
This recipe is amazing! I doubled recipe using black cocoa powder, added vanilla and a pinch of instant coffee and salt. Thought I could get away with just spatulizing through a mesh strainer, but it needed the blender anyway. Thank YOU!
Thanks for this recipe-it’s great not having to boil eggs and drag out the blender….I tweaked it to add half coffee/half water, added a pinch of salt and a few drops of orange extract. Does your recipe listed in the description make one serving or two?
I tried this recipe and i was really surprise how the texture is so spot on as the normal pudding. I however messed up your recipe and added 100g of cocoa. I know my fault. Nonetheless I added more egg white and sweetener and it worked. When the eggs cooked it reminded me of steamed pudding. After I blended it came together and it was good like normal pudding. Thank you once again.
Hi Dani I think this recipe is ingenious! Thank you soooo much for sharing (and thank you to your Mum!). The really brilliant recipes are ones with few ingredients and few steps because we all have other meals in the day, other jobs etc etc. Who has time for complicated? Or for a load of left over egg yolks? This is my first video here. I'm delighted to subscribe! Delighted you mentioned cutting out sugar alcohols - I am having a real problem with them. G Ire
@@StayFitness just watched video this morning. Will do it as a yummy Sunday dessert! 😀 Best regards Dani! Georgina P.S. It was good to hear you give an alternative to the American allulose because its not readily available in Ireland either (online at high cost... so not really practical).

Great video! I will definitely give it a try! I would really appreciate if you could talk a bit more about sugar alcohols and gut health! Thanks for your consideration!
I just made this only double the recipe. It didn’t thicken like yours though. I can’t leave a recipe alone - I added a scoop of protein powder a bit of corn starch and cinnamon. And vanilla at the end off the burner.
@@StayFitness I've made this several times now, I love it! I haven't quite figured out the exact amount of sweetener to use yet but I'm getting there. I also add a little salt to enhance the chocolate flavour. Thank you for this recipe! ❤
This is amazing!! I was a little skeptical but now that I've had it, I will make it again and again. Thank you!!
Made this today! 100% silky chocolate! I couldn’t be more overjoyed! This is a dream come true! Thank you!!!

You mean making this pudding vanilla flavoured? I tried but you can taste the egg whites, cocoa is quite good at covering that sulfate taste.

She has also a PSMF one with just the egg whites but is not online, is in her book.

Thank you so much for this video. It’s the easiest version of this I’ve seen. I’ll make it today!
oooh, let me know how it turns out :)
Ive made these before and added chocolate collagen powder so yummy and on fat days love some coconut cream in it and butter 😮❤
Yumm!!
Thank you! I’ve just been taken off of egg yolks by my doctor. I’m definitely going to try this!
Cool! Let me know how it goes 😊
Eat the egg yolk, doctors are oblivious of nutrition.
I steam the egg-whites first then add the cacao powder and stevia to my blender to smooth. No one would guess this is so simple.
You don't add any liquid?
I add no additional liquid.

I'm going to separate the yolks first and cook the egg whites. Saving the yolks for Keto lemon curd.

I think you might have just needed to cook it a bit longer to evaporate more water, the longer you cook it the thicker it gets!
Yum! Looks good!

Can I make this using milk instead of water?
Yes, it would be super delicious :)

I'm not entirely sure how much cocoa powder.
