    Def trying that for Christmas day. Normally I tie up the stove for a few hours but this will work perfectly while I am cooking fried oysters and pan seared scallops.

    Curious as to why you used the air fryer function rather than the roast function on the Ninja? I just purchased the same Ninja. Haven't even used it yet.
