I think it is amazing that you’re still creating content in the midst of packing to sell and move. I think I might need to find myself some prime rib tonight!! 🤤 😋 ~Steph
Beautiful prime rib aside. Look at that set up, there are cameras and mics everywhere. I'm curious about what goes on behind the scenes of RUclips channels, and those images at the end really show just how much you put in to get such high quality content. Thanks for all that you do.
The prime rib looks 💯 💯 💯 DELECTABLE!!! 😋😋😋😋 Thank you for sharing! I have a new Instant Pot with air fryer lid, so I will try this! I cannot believe you got it so CHEAP!! 😮😮😮 Love ya hon ❤💙💜
Looks fab! I got myself a temperature probe before Christmas and have found that it's a great investment as my oven is waiting to be replaced and is rarely up to temperature so I can't rely on times for cooking.
Thanks for this. I have my Ninja Foodi Grill but haven’t made anything in it yet so this gives me a good idea. I also have sous vide appliance that I got for Christmas that I haven’t used so your videos have given me ideas to try with that for my PSMF protocol so really appreciating the pointers and ideas!
Btw, Anita, I did Dr Berry BBBE for 30 days and I lost 8.5 lbs of my last 20 at the time. It was so easy - it was the first time I ever lost without obsessively tracking and measuring everything. I had surgery for an orthopedic injury shortly after that where I gained weight that I’m now taking off with PSMF but looking forward to hitting maintenance soon.
Perfect Prime Rib! I bet your rack of Lamb was still good even though it wasn’t a true medium rare! Good luck with the packing and finding a new place to live!❤️
I’m impressed with the air fryer results… lol… I certainly wasn’t sure how it would turn out… my fingers were crossed for you. Our regular oven method is 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-9 minutes per pound, then turn the heat off and let the rib roast sit in the oven for an hour; without opening the oven door. Enjoy!
I am moving! The house is just too big and downsizing will allow me to be mortgage free and retire from my day job. If I have learned anything in the past year it's that life is short and I only want to do the fun things now. (One of which is these videos!) 😂
I seem to KILL meats in the air fryer, at least roasts and ground beef. I made or tried to make ground beef meat sticks and they turned out looking like dog poop! Lolol!!! And VERY dry!!!! Although I don't have a Ninja with that nice temperature probe, I think that's my issue. It's getting expensive to keep trying for me! I think I'll stick to the Instant Pot for now! At least until I do smaller things and get better at it! Thanks for still making videos! WOW!!! The BEST in packing and moving to you!!!! I know after years and years in a house things do gather up even if we think we are keeping up on them! You've got your hands FULL! Appreciate ALL of your videos especially the ones you are making NOW in the midst of ALL you are doing! Thank you!!!
Thank you! In the beginning I overcooked everything as well. And I rarely use that temperature probe. The Ninja defaults to 390 degrees so I started turning it down to 375 and also I always aim for rare even though I want medium rare and it usually turns out medium rare. I'm pretty sure my Ninja runs hot or I have a different mindset of what medium rare is!
It was really good! Well I'm sure you will make some amazing things with the one you have! I don't normally do a roast in there, I mostly wanted to see how it would turn out. Sous vide is still my favorite way to do a roast.
Easiest prime rib I have done, is, preheat stove oven to 500°F. Season Prime Rib. Take total weight of meat x 5 min. Put roast in oven for the sum of weight x 5 min. Without opening oven, turn oven off after you calculated time. Leave oven closed for 2 hours. Perfect rare Prime Rib. So my roast for New Years had 500° for 35 min then stayed in closed oven ( no peeking) for 2 hours and was perfect.
Yes, does require either discipline to not peek, or planning ahead to be get it n in time. I had plenty to do during the 2 hours. And now that I know how well it worked, it won’t bother me to keep busy as the time passes.
Hi love this however you did not say what temperature the prob needed to read or what setting the ninja was on meaning bake roast air fry etc . Thanks for the great content
Air fryer is always trial and error for me. Use a meat thermometer and start with standard instructions of taking it out at 125 and then letting it rest for 10-15min where it should get up to 135 which is rare temp.
Well, generally on carnivore people do avoid sweeteners, so there's that ingredient! I am working on a protein bread that is pretty nice and would be ok on carnivore. Hopefully it will be ready for prime time by next week!
I'm downsizing from a large house to a townhouse/condo. Only 2 blocks away from where I live now. But it still feels like a major move due to all the purging and organizing in order to fit into the smaller place!

haha, thank you! But a girl's gotta eat. And clean out her freezer too!
Oh man... That looks perfect! I could almost taste it through the screen! 🤤❤️
Same here. I may have to someday replace my Instant Vortex airfryer for a Ninja. I like that it has an attached probe.
It was really good!
I had no idea all those lights and big cameras were necessary for a video! Good grief….I know nothing lol. Loved the video!! Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed!
Blessings on you and your move!
Thank you!

I love the blooper you left in!
I was hoping nobody would notice it, lol! You have sharp ears!
@@KetogenicWoman it made me giggle, I just did something similar at work LOL
Another great video. Will have to try this. I love the Ninja Foodi. I have been doing BBBE for 31 days. Have a great rest of your Thursday. Thank you.
31 days, good for you! 6 days for me now!
Good luck with the move. As a 30 year military wife I understand the stress! Looking forward to seeing your new kitchen!!!
Thank you so much!
God bless you as you pack, move, work and continue BBB&E. You are amazing Anita. Thank you for all of your hard work and inspiring videos.
Thank you so much! I'm hoping that being carnivore will be easier as I pack and move and eventually get down 1 frying pan!
Love you podcast🎉❤

Thank so much! Not just me and my iphone! I appreciate your comment!
That prime rib looks amazing. Wish I was a neighbor so I could stop by for dinner. I really like the foodi grill. Told me wife I wanted to try that.
If you were my neighbor you guys would be totally welcome to help me eat it!
That looks amazing. Take care of yourself during the move. Be safe.
Thank you so much!
Glad the dogs got a taste, cant leave them out,,
Wow you have been a busy beaver 👍💜💜💜
Yes, it's been a little busy!

I know, I had to grab it! Now it's eaten and I can stop thinking about it!
@@KetogenicWoman I'm thinking about it, too, and I didn't even get to taste it! So, I feel for you!!! 🥺

I've been hearing about these and need to check this out. Then I can use it anywhere!

That is fantastic! I think the airfyer and the sous vide wand are my 2 favorite things for Carnivore, BBBE and PSMF!
Perfect Prime Rib! I bet your rack of Lamb was still good even though it wasn’t a true medium rare! Good luck with the packing and finding a new place to live!❤️
Yes it was actually, so tender! And Thank you!
Great job! It looks wonderful . Thanks for trying that I would’ve never thought to use my air fryer ..amazing!
Thanks so much! 😊 I was nervous, it's not often I can afford a prime rib, lol!
I was so jealous watching you eat that prime rib meat! 😂 I"lol have to try that sometime, if I see a good deal on prime ribs. It looked so delicious.
Yes, watch for a deal! Crazy beef prices these days!
Looks delicious, definitely trying this as I have two prime rib in my freezer…good luck with your move!!
Hope you enjoy!

Yes, your method is how I've done it in the past. I was nervous too to be honest! But happy with the results after all!
That looks delish! I really want an air fryer!! Soon! I'll use your link below...
Thank you so much! 💗
I enjoyed watching you cook this. I missed any time that you talked about moving so I'm totally in the dark... what's going on??

So happy for you to be able to retire. I did a year ago and love it. Looking forward to spending more time watching your upcoming videos! ♡
Love this and wait to try, best of luck on your move!
Thank you so much!!
That's a beautiful prime rib! So Teddy has a friend! Was that Pippy? Best wishes as you pack!
Yes that was Pippi! She couldn't resist the lure of the Prime Rib!
Oh girl, my mouth is watering!! Yum!!!

Okay my mouth is watering😂
Honestly I use my MEATER probe and app and it’s perfect in the ninja grill EVERYTIME… my ninja is without the probe ..all of my beef roasts 👍
Thanks for sharing, I'm not familiar with the Meater probe. Always something new to learn!
omg so funny! i just did that last night! frozen lol ... so tasty!
Oh that looked perfect!!!
It was so good!
Anita, that looks too good to eat!! I now wish I bought your model airfryer! I got the Ninji XL which is too narrow for a roast. Enjoy! God Bless! 🙏❤️

I can only hope and pray that I have some great neighbors who like to eat because I love to entertain!💗
OMG That looks delish! TYVM!
Thank you!
I’m more of a Silverado guy so I don’t mind a lack of Ram.
😂
Hi love this however you did not say what temperature the prob needed to read or what setting the ninja was on meaning bake roast air fry etc . Thanks for the great content
All the details and information is in the Video Description notes! And of course you can tweak that info depending on how rare or not you like it!
I couldn't find it either.
Found in book...135 degrees rare.
150 degrees for medium.
🤤
I am thinking sous vide my 4 lb prime rib 120⁰ 4 or 5 hrs then into my air fryer 10 mins each side 450⁰
Yes, I often do roasts of various kinds in sous vide then seat in the air fryer. Works nicely! Just make sure the roast will fit first!
What temperature for rare roast ? It’s look delicious. Thank you
Air fryer is always trial and error for me. Use a meat thermometer and start with standard instructions of taking it out at 125 and then letting it rest for 10-15min where it should get up to 135 which is rare temp.
Wow first this morning 🤗
Morning! You must be an early bird like me!
Dear Anita
I’m doing the Carnivore challenge with you
I was wondering if the Hawaiian rolls are allowed on Carnivore
Just eggs right?
Well, generally on carnivore people do avoid sweeteners, so there's that ingredient! I am working on a protein bread that is pretty nice and would be ok on carnivore. Hopefully it will be ready for prime time by next week!

Lack of ram?
2:19 min mark
Did I say that? Didn't even notice, lol!
The dogs may have to go off keto, or get another job besides official taster.
