Omg! I’ve looked at another video over and over. From that video, I took out 4 screws and still couldn’t remove any of those panels. The only panel that was easily removed with just a pinch was the one that you said, in the back. The other tutorial said that you couldn’t excess the stuck papers from the back. I was ready to toss this one and purchase another printer. To my surprise your video had me completely done and printing within 5 minutes! Thank you so much! You rock!😊

Wow it was that easy. I had taken out my paper trays and could not find the jam. Once I looked in the back of the printer and removed the barrier cover, I saw my jam right away. Thanks so much!!
