Buckeye fans are the best in the B1G to us Husker fans in my opinion, ones that are courteous at least. Part of that especially the last 7 years is how bad we have been, but even in that Buckeye fans have been great. Best of luck to Ohio State this year, hoping we have a good game this fall. #GBR

Thank you, it's better for College Football overall when you have more programs good and competitive, not that Nebraska will be Playoff contending, but at least winning 8-9 or more games and try for Conference Championships.
Colorado needs to take notes. This is how you build a program. This is how a real coach does things. It's not a gimmick, not a clown show like out in Boulder 🪨

Just like any other program, you have to get a coach and a QB. Nebraska now has both. They will succeed
Nice schedule to start the season for a young qb. The back end could be an interesting time.
Good analysis, JD. I think one of the biggest areas for concern might be kicker. That area was inconsistent last year and missed 2 of 3 FGs in the spring game. Hopefully the offense can finish a lot of drives with TDs and not put the team in too many situations where they need a FG to win.
Our special teams have just been horrible for 10 years 😔
Spring game is a tough gauge, but it sure looks like the best QB and receiving core since 2014. Couple that with a solid Defense and I don’t think that 8 wins is even a remote stretch.
I've predicted either 9 or 10 wins a year every year since 2004 and I'm not about to stop now. 9-3 REGULAR SEASON, 10 WIN SEASON WITH THE BOWL GAME GBR BABY

I mean, as a Nebraska fan myself, we never really competed seriously for big ten titles 😃😞 only won the division once and boy did that not go well afterward.

Rhule definitely addressed the issues from last year with improved QB play along with a QB coach. WR room is much better.

If people keep their patience I think the turn around is coming. They could possibly win 8 but 6 or 7 is more realistic. Be happy things are looking better.

One area NU seems to still have issues with is the kicker. Still missing FGs (2 in the spring game...ugh!) They need to tighten that up coz those plays are so critical in tight games. Husker! Power!! :)

Nah for real. Husker fan since 83. I see the work and culture shift. More than that, i see the execution. Offense struggled casey left and haarberg stepped up for sims. 5 wins is more than frost ever won i assume, so that's a hell of a start. Im trusting the process. I like haarberg improvement with qb coach and more reps. Hes got big ten experience and he's healthy. Dylan will start and shine i hope, good to know a healthy improved haarberg available. Real talk they are 3 to 5 possessions a game better with dylan starting. So instead of close lose, it will be 14 to 24 point wins. I hope. Im drinking the Kool-Aid. I'll have my kool-aid red, BIG RED.
If the coaches can continue to develop, and if Raiola can do what a lot of people are expecting, very possibly could be 7-0 going to Ohio State. A lot will depend on if can keep from turning ball over and if special teams can actually do something, that has been horrible. The schedule should be at least 8-4 this year if not better.

LOL. Nebraska lost THREE games by the score of 13-10 last year. If you don't think a QB who has a quick release, can drop a 50 yard bomb in a bucket, and also showed he is willing to throw it away if nothing is there will NOT enable Nebraska to score one more touchdown per game, you didn't watch Nebraska at all last year.
