I'm surprised at the amount of weeds you're having to run thru the combines. Growing up on a wheat farm and spending 3 years on harvest, I don't remember ever seeing a time when the stubble was green. The plugged choppers and sickles appear to be a real pain. Good luck in getting into some cleaner wheat.
I can not imagine how you can even combine that wheat- its like it as a second crop growing underneath it..Why is it so green and full of weeds? Is wheat not usually 3 feet to 4 feet tall? How much milling wheat do you cut? and is Texas the first wheat crops ready for harvest.

South Texas farmers don't spray for weeds like they do up north.
When you start your combine your hydraulic’s have a buzz. Be careful

Leading, my combine for some reason has more horsepower than moms so most of the time I go first so she isn’t holding me back lol

I bet mom and dad praised the Lord when they found out they were going to have a son. And they continue to praise Him for you. However, I sweat more than that just going to the gym and I'm 75! LOL. Also, you need to cut your dad some slack. Start taking cod liver oil pills while you're young. Retinol deficiency causes us men to lose their night time vision. I just found that out this year while driving to Florida. Sux getting old. Looking forward to your harvest season videos.
