Wow! Thanks for the recap. I cant believe just how many cool rocks you found. So many different colors and textures of jasper, and quartz! I cant believe you found bowenite! The vast majority of the rocks are our normal ugly grey rocks, so that when you see colors and textures, they really stand out! What an awesome recap of your coast adventure. My favorite is the rhyolite! The rhyolite is every bit as cool as those wonderstones. And you can get far better patterns with it. It may have holes in it and doesnt polish as well, but its way cooler and infinitely more plentiful! Awesome! Thanks Andrew!

8:45 - I would never know the rocks you are looking at here were anything worth keeping- can’t wait to see them cut!

That one turned out ok, but the smaller ones I found there had some great "landscapes." Oregon's South Coast is one of my favorite spots to rockhound, especially Otter Point (near Gold Beach).

I personally really enjoy these recap videos. I usually watch your videos a couple times at least anyways. Also, it's fun to go back and see when and where you found the treasures you sent me. I love all the spots along the coast there. Can't wait for next season 😁

I really like watching your videos, especially since I fell in love with Oregon while visiting a friend last year. I picked up a few pieces of what you were calling Rhyolite with the pinkish red bands. I thought that was iron banding in the Astoria sandstone until watching this video. Also, couldn’t that greenish blue coloration in the agate be Chrysocolla? Keep it the good work dude.

I enjoy learning some things from your videos! There's usually a huge stream that flows through there, exactly where that black sand is. Maybe that's why it's so dark compared to both sides of it:) love your choice of locations and how open you are to sharing. Im from GP and go out as much as I can too. It's such a satisfying hobbie!🪨⛏️💎
