Love all your videos 🎉
Helped me immensely over the years 🎉🎉
Thanks Tommy 🤝
Very fair assessment of the camera. Not for me but the information was spot on. Great review Gary.
Thank you Dave
Interesting video Gary, looks a great bit of kit, maybe a close fitting thin plastic sleeve would stop the controls getting muddy but still useable.
Thanks Neil, there are some sleeves available, but that only solves one problem.
Great review, Gaz. I'm sure it will be a great help to anyone considering purchasing this camera when compared to others. 👍
Thanks Paul 🤝
Colors are very nice Gary, I picked up an insta 360 ace pro and same thing. Great camera but not the best for metal detecting. The up close focus of it is pretty bad, makes a go pro look like a dslr. Would be tough to show finds.
I'm still looking for the perfect camera.
I used my phone to film a video last week. Every piece of footage got trashed.
Great video thanks for all that information, nice finds .
It's always good to hear from you Fred 🤝
Great review Gary.
I’ve totally stopped using GoPros and the like for my metal detecting episodes.
I use my phone for most footage/ finds close ups footage.
I have two mount points on my spade. Drone for area footage and some ground footage too.
It’s a massive market and I’m surprised no one has created a compact camera that can shoot close ups which has voice control too so no muddy fingers on the camera.
Stay well and be lucky🤞🏻🍻
I hear you FB, one day perhaps they will get the camera formula right.
@@The-skillschool We can only hope Gary. Until then, keep up the Smashin’ work you do for all the metal detecting community. It’s always an education to myself and many others around the world. Thanks Gary🍻 stay well and be lucky🤞🏻
Great video as ohiofredI said. Well thought out product review, most appreciate. Points well made.
Thank you Michael 🤝
Thanks!!! Super!
You are welcome, thanks for your support.
The colors are a lot different then the Go Pro 10 I use, your pin pointer is a very robust red color against the green grass. I use a 2X lens for my Go Pro to help with the up close shots since the focal length is fixed on it. Can't wait to see you trying the Action 5 cam. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks DDS, I find GoPros are so unreliable.
@@The-skillschool My 10 is good for me, over the years I find if I format the card before every event I am OK. I am going to check out the other camera you talked about. I think it was a Sony.
That little Sony X3000 has never let me down, they are hard to get hold of these days.
I would agree Gary. Having been a TV cameraman I’ve had to film in allot of less than perfect conditions. It isn’t our camera and from my metal detecting experience mud would ruin that camera. I know I’ll move to England and shoot video for you. Lol
Great idea John I could use some expert help.🤝
@@The-skillschool You do great Gary. But if I lived there I would be glad to.
Nice one young Gary. Nice video. Deus11 all the way keep the good work up. From sunny Cornwall 😊
Likes bro 👊👍
Thanks buddy 🤝
Doesn't zoom it to give us a better view of the items.
Yes but its easier to do it in post
I’ll stick with my iPhone 15 Pro
Nice one 👍
It looks fragile with the top piece, i want something i can drop at least 1 meter and be fairly sure it wont break
I bought the newest gopro on finacing, gotta pay $30 for the next 18 months or something, its my first camera that cost more than $100, my last one was the Akasso v50x which worked fine, but i felt tempted to buy a new one that i could livestream with, the v50x couldnt livestream over wifi
Great info thanks
