I would love to have a original Winchester. However the A. Uberti replicas are excellent.

I own a Uberti 1873 rifle. A beautiful rifle that is very accurate to the originales. Except there is no sliding door in the but plate for cleaning tools as were in the originals. I wish they would have included this on the rifle.

Yes, 10 to 15 yards is a common distance in Cowboy Action Shooting matches. It is designed to not be difficult but fun.
