  • Yup everyday is so different with Meniere's disease. Felt great for 2 days and to day as been awful. But that's the way it goes. Accepting you have the disease sure does make it easier to deal with.
Also because a celebrity has Meniere's or any disease. They don't have to talk about it every time they are interviewed. They have private lives and are human beings just like us. Please stop bad mouthing them. You can make just as much awareness as they can. With social media we can all make awareness of Meniere's.

Happy Anniversary!🎉 I have been hyper vigilant with salt and working to keep my allergies in check and things have been better. But even when you think you are doing everything right this MD will hit you out of the blue so who knows ? You do have to try and stay on the positive side during your journey with Minere’s but some days it’s tough. Never, ever give up but don’t beat yourself up because you get an attack. You are so right! You bring so much awareness to MD. Thank you. I have given my neurologist, PC and my ENT the name of a fantastic vestibular therapist I researched and found to help any of their patients with vestibular migraines and MD. They thanked me and said they had many patients who could benefit from a good physical therapist. Advocate locally! It’s seems small but it will have a big impact.❤

99 things good....1 thing bad....such a true statement. We tend to focus on the negative.
Can't thank you enough for sharing your experiences.
