I have had so many in my family diagnosed with dementia that I am just waiting for my turn it's sad
Can you have a little of each or several forms of dementia?
What do you all recommend for getting our healthcare professionals aware of resources and info?
It's unfortunate that I am waiting for my turn to be diagnosed with dementia because so many people in my family have had it.
I would like to know if Esther or Debbie think we could see a cure in the next 10-15 years?
One of the hardest parts at the beginning for us was the doctor didn't have or offer any help for us
The doctor didn't have any assistance or provide any at first, which was one of the most difficult things for us.
Are there any recommended or online support groups for the aftd?
Does the aftd have online support groups or groups that they recommend?
Esther What led you to work with dementia and AFTD patients?
Can you have a small amount of dementia in one or more forms?
Do Debbie or Esther think a cure will be available in the next ten to fifteen years?
This will all be a memory once a solution is found-that sardonic remark never fails to get under my tongue.
Esther - what brought you into working with AFTD and dementia?
When there's a cure this will all be a memory - I always think about that ironic statement
There has to be a better way to support family caregivers and their loved ones with dementia
Why, in spite of all the available information and resources, is dementia still so misinterpreted?
Why is dementia (any form) so misunderstood with all the information & resources out there?
