Usyk because of the huge weight difference and winning twice , but DDD had an amazing year and silenced the critics and had 3 amazing fights on the spin 🥊🥊🥊👍👍👍
3 stone but would you call it an advantage. Heavier , slower , less stamina ..Uysk has probably more punching power than fury too so literally 3st advantage only works ir he can lean on you
nah thats not a good enough reason, usyk for a lot more than the weight advantage, nobody praises haye much for beating a 7 ft 2 300+ pound valuev do they
Usyk. Undisputed Heavyweight for the first time in the 4 belt era. Gave Fury his first L. Beat Fury again for all the marbles again minus the IBF strap and let’s be honest he will take that back whenever he wants to. Gotta be Usyk.
Gonna say this on the short version. The heavy weights of the 70's -90's may have had more fights, but they didnt fight like the guys 50 -60 years before them. So if you are going by that logic, Ali isnt as great as the guys that had matches last hours and more than 50 rounds. Thems the rules you are playing by here. Being able to become undisputed in 2 weight divisions in 23 fights is way more impressive than stacking 35-40 extra fights against lesser opponents. It doesnt take away from anyone of the many greats from the mid - late 1900's and thats the point. Comparing eras that far apart doesnt work. Plus you all called Fury a great and the best of this generation before he even tried for undisputed.
It’s difficult to compare eras etc, but the guys who had 70 and 80 fights at heavyweight (Foreman 81 fights 5 losses, Holmes 75 fights 6 losses) would say yes, Usyk is good but has only had 7 heavyweight fights. Would he have it IN HIM to have had another 40+ fights at heavyweight? No. He turned pro far too late. And it took time and age for Usyk to be able to become a heavyweight. He’s a modern great heavyweight. No doubts. But his 7 fights at heavy are always going to become a problem.
Cruiserweights he beat are almost the same size as heavyweights from the past. And don’t forget that nowadays there are dozens of boxers from all around the world, not like in the past just from USA and UK Add to that the fact that Usyk is smashing giants
Surely jake paul He beat Mike tyson in the biggest fight of the year , facts don't lie , biggest grossed and most watched , thus the biggest fight , and jake won, surely he's fighter of the year, are you lot blind
Got to be usyk for me
Usyk, no one else comes close.
100%
What about Prograis?
@@jtaylor9562 what about him? He lost his last 2 fights, only fought once this year.
It's easily Usyk.
100%
i hate to say it but its either Canelo or Usyk
@@salfordsfinest04 I don't think Usyk would have ducked Benevides if he were in Canelo's shoes.
Even all those legends GAD mentioned usyk would stand toe toe with any of them, he really should be in the conversation of the GOAT
Usyk is not only best fighter in 2024, I could make a strong case that he is fighter of the decade so far.
Usyk is the fighter of 2024
Usyk, obviously
Usyk beating fury twice, getting undisputed in first fight…
Im surprised talk casual didn't give it to fury 😂
USYK by a mile.
Usyk for sure. Came into furys back yard and humbled him twice🙌
Usyk,by a mile!
Usyk the King
Worldwide: Usyk
UK: Dubois
This Dubois talk is nonsense.

UK fighter: Dubois
World Fighter: Usyk
Honorable Mention: Beterbiev
Usyk. That is all
Usyk
Usyk.
Usyk ..
By the end of this year, Dubois will be the name on everyone’s lips.
Usyk going to absolutely destroy him again
If he fights Usyk again, it won't.
😂😂😂 best joke ever!
@@billdoor3140 dubois getting better while usyk may be on the decline, happened to fury and joshua last year 💁♂️

Daniel "Big Daddy" Dubois is on the up.

USYK of course
"I had dinner with Opetaia. Well, I sat at the same table as him"
If uysk doesn't get it ...who else really as done so much for our beautiful sport..its gotta be mr uysk the king...
It's Usyk undoubtedly
I think Dubois has to be the fighter of the year in terms of recent opponents run.. But if it'd in terms of achievements then it's definitely Usyk

Is Gareth pist?
I feel Inoue lost some shine and aura this year
It’s Usyk then Dubois.
Got to be Dubois for me. Who Usyk beat this year? An overweight Fury?
🫵😂

😂😂😂😂 he's undisputed in SEVEN FIGHTS. Wrap your head around that fact. Twice and nearly three times quicker than anyone else of the modern era.

For Fighter of the year you’d think they would have real boxing people on that know about the game!
